Wow, what an experience!
Luxurious rooms, awesome views, modern restaurants with an old world colonial charm foyer serving English tea.

We were upgraded to a suite on the 54th floor. Incredible view over the river and Bangkok. Large suite, with an exceptional bathroom. Loads of room.
The Sky Bar on the 63rd floor is awesome. What a view in the open setting. Only down side was being hassled by the staff from the moment we arrived on the floor, ushered to the inside bar for a drink, and then not leaving us alone to take it all in and slowly decide what we wanted.
Being a top notch hotel, the quality was always going to be good because that is what you're paying for. We were sad to leave!

the hotel is clean and the staffs are friendly and accomodating....our overall stay in the hotel was excellent....what i like the most is the cleanliness and the room space it's really huge...the hotel restaurants were excellent...

Overall this hotel is to stay. Received a free upgrade to a two bedroom suite, equipped with even a washer/dryer! Friendly staff and has a great breakfast buffet. Amazing view of the city at their rooftop bar.

This place is absolutely superb. Service can't be faulted, the rooms are first class, wonderful sumptuous breakfast. Do try one of the restaurants for dinner. Although expensive the food and service is truly stunning and you won't be dissapointed.

We were upgraded and the balcony were something a bit different than other highrise hotels. Don't miss the great breaKFAST.
Shopping Tip:
platinum market was the best we found, bag shopping has slipped a bit in Bangkok.

we stay 2 night in this hotel for romantic stop in bkk. the viex on the river is very nice escpecially by night. the hotel is very high class and staff very professionnal. the room are very clean and big. the rate was very acceptable. the only thing is the location of the hotel. it is located quite far from nightlife and restaurant.you need taxi.
