Lebua Hotel is a hotel u will come back again
very nice and comfortable room with nespresso machine.
The room service standard had drop compare to 2years ago when i first visited. The check in staff was not detail. Maybe she tot that was not our first visit and wanted to keep it short. Requested for a cot bed and the check in staff have reconfirm that they will set up 15mins later. But 4days in the hotel and we were totally forgotten. And we were jus too tired to bother so we didnt call. The room tv remote was spoilt. We had inform the lobby staff while going out. But wasnt fix . When checking out, we tried to call for luggage porter but no one answered. And so we tried all other numbers on the phone, no one answered as well. So we had ask our frens who was already in the lobby , to send the porter up to get our luggage. The staff in the hotel in the surface showing to be very helpful. But i do wish to have a more attentive one in doing the follow up instead.

Do it once for the view
View and breakfast
View is great and also breakfast. Pool is horrible. Area with chairs to lie in to small amd narrow. In addition a very disturbing noise from some kind of engine at pool. So relaximg at pool not possible.

Very dissatisfied after a comedy of errors
Breakfast buffet, view
We had seen some bad reviews but tried to have an open mind and hoped people had exaggerated. However we too had an awful experience. The staff continually provided is with wrong information which resulted in us being stranded or sent to places unnecessarily. Management refused to take responsibility for most errors but finally had to take responsibility for our room having no power on checkout day and us being moved to a room with air con but then moved back to our room with still no power. They provided us with a complimentary lunch before checkout as a result but couldn't even manage to get that right. We had chosen this hotel as we know how big and busy Bangkok is and had hoped they would make it an easier experience. They ended up making it miserable. We have never been so happy to leave a place in our lives. Aside from all the errors, the food and beverages are ridiculously overpriced for what they are. The whole place felt very pretentious and definitely not somewhere you can go to relax. The hotel is more suited to business people as all the restaurants and bars have a dress code. We saw guests even being told their clothing for breakfast was not appropriate. Breakfast is served by the pool so its understandable that some guests may dress so that they can swim after breakfast. Waiting for a lift was also a hassle, especially on a Friday or Saturday night when the bars and restaurants are full with non hotel guests. Sky bar is worth a short visit but not worth staying at the hotel for when non hotel guests can also visit the bar. The overall location of the restaurant is also not very good and appears to be in a bad part of town.
