Great view!
River view, very expensive feeling, easy check in
Check in was impressive. They have one staff attending to u and helping u to check in while u sat at the sofa area.. Place is old but they are in order and the feel Is great especially the view.

Overrated hotel, lobby, breakfast restraunt poorly laid out. Hotel Difficult to access and not welcoming.

Highly dissapointed
Location, clean room
Room was spacious and clean. This is the least you might expect this type of high class hotel. However, I was highly dissapointed by the staff performance and particularly by the elevator guards. Will definitely not come back again.

overall great hotel and great stay but it upsets me that the staff still goes a long way to support the taxi business of ripping off tourists. the trips to and from airport are usually very hard to get the drivers to turn on the meter. when arriving late at night the staff should help clients to fight the high fares demanded by drivers and not join them, saying that 500thb is a normal fare to a guest is not providing a good service . the same way when someone is leaving the hotel to airport, staff should make sure the meter is turned on.

Pleasant stay at Lebua
View, breakfast, swimming pool
It was nice to stay at lebua. We have been upgraged to get a better view but they could not find king size bed. Anyway the hotel is really nice.
