good service, hygienic rooms, good food though expensive, polite employees

None

We stayed at Lebua for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is luxurious, offers good service, the rooms are hygienic and spacious if you take a Deluxe suite, the food is good though expensive. Especially the wines are quite expensive. Most employees are courtious, well educated. We certainly recommend this hotel with a 10.

Restaurant Tip : Real good restaurant outside the hotel is Sala Rossa for great Italian food at reasonable prices, or the Blue Elephant for great Thai food. Inside Lebua the restaurant on the 64th floor is good.

everything.. Service was top class and had added service which i did not expect (such as high security system to keep us safe)

absolutely nothing at all. it was perfect. Such a shame we only stayed one night there

Everything was fantastic. Their extra service to make our stay comfortable made our experience great!

Restaurant Tip : Dinner at The Breeze. You will not regret it!

Great room and view. We had the riverview/balcony room. The view was amamzing. Room was large and well appointed. The bathroom is very spacious and modern. Skybar on the roof is a must experience. Business center very accessible and I liked the fact that the internet in the center was offered for free.

Food in the hotel is too expensive. Restaurants in the hotel were more expensive than comparable hotel restaurants in North America. We ate in the Italian restaurant. The portions were so small they were appetizer size not main course size but price was definitely not appetizer size. Too many staff when entering hotel. Must have been 15 staff standing and greeting you in the lobby. It was a bit overwhelming every time you walked through the lobby.

sky bar

none

i stayed 3 nights in a balcony deluxe room and it has everything you could ask for. a visit to the sky bar on 63 floor is one of the best views you can see of the town. the sky train station is a little bit far away from the hotel. but you can always go by taxi.

Close to Silom and Choa Praya River Great Service Good Breakfast Big Rooms Good Views [at higher floors]

Elevators take too long The Breeze Restaurant is great but expensive

This was our first stay at the Lebua at State Tower Hotel having tried quite a few others and we recommend it. The location is right at Silom, the staff are very friendly and efficient and the rooms are spacious, clean and contemporary. Room service and House Keeping were super efficient. Highly recommended.

Nightlife Tip : The Breeze Bar/Restaurant on the 54/F is super but pricey.

excellent service , very friendly staff , professional attitude from all of them , great view from all sides of the suite , spectacular view from the restaurants at the top floor\n

only weakness of the hotel is the SPA center.ALTHOUGHT great therapy treatments , \nthe SPA is located inside the Gym area.

WE SPENT 24 HOURS AT THE HOTEL LAST MONTH DURING OUR BUSINESS TRIP AND WE WERE ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED FROM THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM THE STAFF.FRIEDLY PEOPLE READY TO ASSIST YOU AND MAKE YOUR STAY WITH THEM UNFORGETTABLE.SPECTACULAR VIEW FROM THE SUITES ,THE RESTAURANTS AND BARS.THE SPA TREATMENTS WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND RELAXING.FOR SURE WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE HOTEL FOR A BUSINESS OR A RELAXING TRIP.

Restaurant Tip : UNIQUE EXPERIENCE DINNING AT THE SIROCCO RESTAURANT ON THE 64TH FLOOR.SPECTACULAR VIEW , PROFESSIONAL ATTIDUDE FROM THE STAFF , TASTEFUL DISHES.FOR SURE EVERY VISITOR IN BANGKOK SHOULD EXPERIENCE IT.

Locations. Friendly staff. Nice views.

As others pointed out, need to wait (sometimes long) for elevators...

I like this hotel's good location (walkable to nearest BTS station) and nice views. I love very friendly attitudes of their Thai staff. Inside of rooms and services are also OK. If you are Japanese, please enjoy NHK and Japanese newspapers. I did not see and talk to Japanese guest relations, but found a message from her. You can expect assistance from the Japanese GR if needed. Not really bad, but sometimes you may have to struggle with taxi drivers as the name of the hotel or the building may not be popular. Using BTS is the best.

Great rooms - spacious bathrooms, big beds and comfy relaxing areas; making it a perfect place to spend a few days. We certainly did not feel we were cooped up in a small hotel room.

Shady swimming pool area due to height of building. Cost of drinks - 50USD for one glass of champagne.

The hotel was perfect for our needs with great sized rooms, huge bathrooms and a comfy seating area for friends to gather. The only downside was we asked for two glasses of champagne to celebrate a friend's job promotion. The bill arrived and we were aghast to discover that we were being charged 50USD each. After twenty minutes negotiation the hotel management agreed to remove the items from our drinks bill. As we had a positive outcome from this experience our stay was very pleasant but had we been charged 100USD for two glasses of champagne I think we might have had a different experience. Our learning - remember to ask for the price if what you want is not on the menu.

Restaurant Tip : Check the cost of items before ordering.

kitchenette, balcony, great restaurant, free wireless.

The Sky Train is a bit far away and the hotel shuttle only runs until 5pm.

The suites at Lebua State Tower are huge! The bathroom is the size of some hotel rooms I've stayed at in other countries! My favorite parts of the room are the kitchenette, with stove top, sink and fridge, and the balcony with a great view of the city and river. You will find everything is comfortable at the Lebua.

Shopping Tip : The State Tower has a Starbucks and a couple of Spas! Great for Thai massage.
