The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I would not even consider a different hotel when visiting Bangkok again.

Well appointed, spacious rooms

The staff were very helpful answering questions re taxis, sights, and advice etc. We were in Tower 2 and this was very nice, a classy room and it was just the superior size (standard) A good variety at breakfast, and a lovely pool which is great to relax by to avoid the heat of the city for a bit.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to Pizzeria da Luigi for some great Italian food in soi 25. Lovely area to sit out in evening but the best part is the host, Luigi, who is very entertaining.

we stayed whole 2 weeks there. this place was very clean, and quiet even so close to the busy street. and the decoration of the room was fantastic. we loved so much!!

I am very glad i took a chance and booked this hotel. on a first look i was not sure, as it seems too isolated, but if you go to the main street and turn right, not more than 7 minutes walk, you cross the large traffic light and you have a great mall as well as a street market with loads of the real deal bkk has to offer. the staff was very friendly, the rooms very specious, very clean, and everything was perfect. also the pool and the breakfast were great!
Restaurant Tip:
if you have young kids, the mall near by(called 21st century) has a great well designed kids restaurant, made and meant for kids. it is so lovely and equipped that you can spend half a day in there :).
a place not to go, as it is way too expensive and over priced is the one just next to the hotel, at the beginning of the street. we paid 4 times more any other place!!!

the hotel is located away from the main road. the narrow street leading to the hotel is not in a good condition and due to open drains there is foul smell all the time. the hotel is not children friendly. the in-room dining menu is grossly inadequate and does not cater for young children.
front desk staff needs to be trained in handling international guests. they should also be taught how to be polite with customers. overall, not a very pleasant experience. will not stay there again.

Very clean and quiet hotel, good facilities, nice service and staff. Only thing is that hotel locate in between of 2 stations, but still fairly close walk though.

the room is big enough for honeymoon and quiet room....next time i visit to thailand i will stay at legacy suite hotel.
