Good facilities but the staff have lots to improve

The hotel structure is very good (rooms, pool, facilities) but the staff... We booked two rooms, one with an extra bed (for our grandma), when we arrived instead of a bed there was a crib, we asked for them to change and they (laughing) said there was no mistake, only when someone went there to check on something else they realize the mistake and changed it. We asked for restaurant suggestions, they didn´t give any... We books a one day tour through them and it turned out the be very different (on a worst way them what the prospect announced..). We ordered pizza on their restaurant - worst than the ony you can buy at a supermarket and the price not cheap to compensate it
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Only fo the Floating market if you hire a cab and arrange everything your self. DON'T BUY a package

wow, great hotel

it was a great hotel to stay at and if ratings are higher than 5 star then this one would still be at the top. large fully self contained room with separate shower and bath. full kitchen including a washer dryer. two large tvs one in lounge and bedroom. and all i can say is that yes i will return there most definately
Travel tip:
this hotel is in easy walking distance to the emporium shopping centre and sky train station. night life is also walking distance and there are english style hotel close by to watch any sport event and great meals. no road noise could be heard from the room.

Lovey hotel
Great location in a quite side street.

i arrived early at the hotel, but this was not a problem for the staff, they check room status, and checked me in. the room it self was lovely, however did have a odd chemical smell about it. i had an early check out which was not a problem of the staff either.
everything seemed clean and modern, i couldn't fault the hotel at all.

This hotel had exceptional service and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and provided basic self catering facilities...handy when you want to re-heat the takeway from the array of restaurants near by. Beautiful pool and the best buffet breakfast!
Restaurant Tip:
The Japanese restaurant on the corner of the hotel had delicious food and provided room service!

Nice and clean - A gem in the busy Sukhumvit

Convenient to everywhere in Bangkok. Just 5 minutes walk to BTS station (Asok - on right hand turn & Phrom Phong station on the left. Rooms are well equiped and spacious. Breakfast is ok but limited choices.
Soi Cowboy for nighlife is just walking distance (7 to 8 minutes).
Travel tip:
Worth to have a look at the Tailor Shop just at the entrance of the Hotel. Godo worksmanship and price.

Walk from the hotel to the MRT about 15-20 minutes a bit far. .... If not mind if a lane is located. Quite quiet and the rooms are fairly clean. Comfortable spacious. Service friendly and polite. Patience

i enjoy the legacy suites. i have used several times now. i like the hotel for its location to get just about anywhere quickly and you also have a very quiet environment if you want that.
Nightlife Tip:
Very easy to get to Soi Cowboy, shopping and public transportation.
