Great location, fantastic specious rooms
In the center of Sukhumvit but still an oasis

Very nice spacious rooms. I had the standard room and the legacy suite both great price quality. The suite even has a washing drying machine.
Breakfast is ok, the pool is above average.
Definitely my first choice when staying in Sukhumvit area. Also suitable for family with kids.

Great value hotel. Kannika checked us in and out. She is a great front face for the hotel with her eager to please attitude and lovely smile. A special mention too for Pom the bell man for his helpful advice and service.

New hotel but could do with better trained staff. Staff seemed stressed and not warm to guests. Check-in was delayed because room was still occupied by guest. Was given a temporary dowmgrade to a cigarette smoke infused deluxe room to wait for the guest to check out. Only managed to get into our reserved room at 7 pm. Maybe it was the busy holiday season but then that should the best test of good service. Tried to explain to hotel staff that wife and young daughter were asthmatic but staff were not sympathetic. To cap it off, due to our late exit flight from Bangkok we requested for a late check out but was rejected. Our alternative request for a room to shower and clean up before our flight was also rejected. Reason was that hotel was full. The attitude of hotel staff was cold and unsympathetic. Breakfast fare was limited and breakfast area cramped. Pool nice can get quite crowded.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Go for a room away from the elevators to avoid sound of elevator motors.

Great staff and great location
Complimentary breakfast was one of the best buffets inThailand. It's super close to the BTS Asok stop which you can use to go anywhere in Bangkok.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. We love the ladies at the breakfast buffet that greeted us each morning. There's also a great tailor shop at the hotel that makes custom clothing. Overall a very pleasant stay and we will definitely be back next time in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip:
Must have a shirt made at Legacy tailors!

This hotel is nice and clean. My room was upgraded to large one bedroom. A nice and clean room. Breakfast service was good as well. This hotel is close to a large shopping place in Sukhmvit area.
Nightlife Tip:
You can walk to shopping and Soi Cowboy street for night life.

Got a free upgrade on our last day - definitely a pleasant surprise! Staffs were attentive to our needs, despite minor hiccups here and there (rooms not ready when we check-in, washing machine not cooking). Will be better if these aspects are also taken care of properly - but understandable as the hotel was experiencing full occupancy. Will stay here again next time!

Excellent hotel with great service

We stayed at Legacy Suites and could not be happier with the place we chose. The location is excellent, within walking distance (5-10 min.) of Asok/Sikhumvit Skytrain/Metro stations, and right next to Soi Cowboy and Terminal 21 shopping plaza. The rooms were excellent and clean, and the staff beyond courteous and helpful. The pool area is very relaxing and well maintained. If you're looking for a hotel near the shopping areas of downtown Bangkok, this location is excellent. It can be a bit tedious to get to the temple area and Khaosan road however.
Restaurant Tip:
In the nearby Terminal 21, there are many dining options on the 4th and 5th floor of the building. The food court on the 5th floor offers excellent food options at amazingly low prices (25-50 baht for entrees).
