Lovely hotel with great service

staff is super friendly and they provide shuttle service to the airport and to the train if you want to spend the day in bangkok. great place to catch up on sleep and to have a hot shower!
Restaurant Tip:
Plenty of cheap eats along main road (5min walk).

Oasis in the middle of nowhere

We were picked up from the airport at 2am in the morning after arriving from China and driven to this lovely new hotel. Unfortunately we were only there to sleep as we were flying back to Singapore at 9am. The room was lovely, all done up in you guessed it - lilac. The only disappointment was the orange and beige bathroom which disappointingly was not in theme. What little time we spent there, the staff seemed lovely. It's a pity it's in the middle of nowhere - the surrounding buildings are very shabby. Great if you want somewhere close to the airport for transfer purposes.

the room is small.and our room on 3 rd floor have smell from toilet smell is so strong.but we just so tired and need rest.anyway just one night we have very early morning flight.average is good decoration is cute i like.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Nothing for advise because area is so far from city.If you looking some thing to eat you can find the place not too far have restaurant.I forget the name but you can ask staff.they are very welcome and nice.

I enjoyed my first stay the Lilac. The staff are great, breakfast yummy and the rooms very comfortable. I only stayed here for a layover so I can't comment on the location for touring, etc. But if I have another layover in Bangkok I will stay here again. The airport shuttle was waiting to pick me up and its a very short drive to/from the airport.

hotel driver will take you to the nearest train station and pick you up when you return from town.
All items in room minibar are free. The receptionist is great and speak good English. unfortunately the driver doesn't.
Complimentary airport pick up/drop off. you can also borrow their mini laptop to use and free wifi.
great for transit.
Shopping Tip:
Best way to get to town was taking train, around 30 minutes to Siam Centre or Paragon. cost about 120 bath return trip

this hotel received many good reviews on the internet and it lived up to its' reputation. free airport pick up and drop off polite and attentive staff, clean, comfortable, quiet, has good sized room, free snacks and drinks in the fridge. comes with breakfast staring 6am but if you flight leaves earlier than 8am it might not leave time to eat.

We used this hotel at the beginning and end of our holiday and we found it to be an amazing hotel which is more than value for money, from being dropped at the sky train with clear instructions on how to get where we wanted to go in Bangkok, and this included giving us a cellphone call them when we needed picking up! Staff were so helpful and friendly! We would not hesitate to recommend this place and will certainly stay again should we be going through Bangkok!

Relax lilac color everywhere

The staff and the lady all were very kind, interested and helpfull. The hotel is totally in lilac colors which takes off all of your tiredness of the day. You can invite special massagers to your room and they are also very kind. The area interms of transportation is in a good location, but in terms of travelling around it is not. Because of that i think they gentily take you wherever you want to go with their free shuttle. We were very pleased, thank you.
Travel tip:
It doesn't seem safe and peacefull to walk or spend time in this area. Bur very near to the airport and MRT metro.
