Good airport hotel for resting in transit.
Proximity to airport. Airport pick up and delivery. Pleasant decor.

no problems with pick up from airport. the hotel is 5mins from the airport and a half hour taxi ride into bangkok. the hotel gave us a mobile phone for the taxi driver to ring them for directions back out from bangkok to the hotel. comfy beds. timely delivery back to airport at crack of dawn.

excellent service, beautiful color coordination, breakfast, massage!

I am in love this little hotel.
Please try the in-room massage! It is only for 1 hour foot massage and for aroma body massage. I did both!
As others are written, they are all nice and the breakfast is lovely!
Just book this hotel and experience it!!

it was hard to find our driver picking us up from the airport, but after a long day we finally made it to the lilac residence with a welcome drink. the luggage was taken care of from the airport to the room which was great, because carrying heavy luggage can be cumbersome for long-haul travelers. the room offers free coke, sprite, beer and mineral water. in case you need more stuff, the 7 eleven is nearby. wifi is very fast and the password is provided in the room (rather than having to ask for it at the front desk in some hotels). air conditioning works fabulously. thai massage can be reserved at the front desk and is quite cheap - we surely recommend it! it was really relaxing. you are also provided with a mobile phone for pick-up from the skytrain/airport link station. excellent service and great attitude! our comments were responded very fast and we could feel they are eager to improve their service even further.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make a reservation for the massage beforehand! It is very popular :) Try to find out their phone number on their website, because it is not on the hotel voucher. If you do not see a sign for pickup at the airport, ask people at Gate 4 in the arrival hall.

this hotel was a true gem. the staff was very friendly and picked me up right on time at the airport (they have free roundtrip transfer). the hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, but far from town. however, they will shuttle you for free when the van is available to the rail station that connects with the bts. the owner/head receptionist was especially helpful and patient, as we had many requests and questions. the breakfast was wonderful, complete with a fresh mango! i would recommend this hotel to anyone.

this is my third stay in lilac. whenever i need transit hotel in bangkok, i had no doubt to choose this residence. the most important is lilac is good in value. there are many competitions in transit hotel from. lilac offers about per night but providing 5-star service. free airport transfer, comfortable room, free wifi, cosy restaurant with set breakfast are what you get from lilac. there are only 10 rooms so that staff are always attentive and helpful for any request. i will definitely stay in lilac next time.

Agoda on the mark with this recommendation

enjoyed my one night stay at the lilac. rooms were as advertised in the photos on the agoda site. staff courteous, hotel clean and beds comfortable. i recommend the lilac for anyone needing a a small hotel for one night near the airport. great breakfast in the am starting at 4am for those with early flights.
only con was that the courtesy van was not at the airport upon arrival as promised.they had to be called and have the van sent over.

Shuttle pick up at 10 p.m. Shuttle drop off at airport at 5 a.m. All included in the nightly rate, which was a STEAL! Yes, the rooms are purple, but all the items in the mini-bar a FREE! What a lovely and welcomed departure from paying those rip-off prices in your traditional minibar. Our stay was short, but met our needs. Also, very spacious room was a pleasant surprise.
