This Egyptian inspired accommodation is situated 30 minutes away from the International Airport, and is within reach to the city’s main local attractions. The hotel compromises of 188 rooms which are spread out on a 7-storey building. The modern rooms feature minimalist decor and are equipped with all that's required for a comfortable stay. The hotel also features a business center, conference room, an onsite nightclub, and a restaurant which serves both local and international cuisines. The property is just behind the Ministry of Justice and in close proximity to shopping malls on Chaeng Watthana Road and Impact Muang Thong Thani. Luxor Hotel is well worth a visit!

Couples United States of America, March 29, 2013	Inconvenient at best Quiet, lovely public areas, internet access 4 There was no chair or place to put a laptop , there was no furniture on the balcony, one room had the bedroon up very steep stairs with no bath at the top, pigeons flocked and dropped on the entrance to the hotel, the breakfast staff ignored needs (coffee out, no napkins on the table, the shower water was luke warm, no wash cloths in the room. the "fitness center" was filthy and of little use - no equipment, just weights laying around on the floor, no air conditioning. the "store" onsite was rarely open. very difficult to get around the area.

Families with young children United States of America, March 23, 2013	customer beware clean room, cute design, high ceiling. 3.7 don't do it. this hotel is way out of the way. i read all the reviews before i booked, but tried it anyway... i regret it. when we arrived, they charged me extra for my wife. even though i booked as a family, they want extra for another adult. we had some words and i told them, "so what you are saying to me is that you are not a family friendly hotel?" the manager just giggled. they assured me, it was their "private policy" and agoda did not know about it. i was furious, but kept my cool the best i could. the manager lady was very rude. at this point, i was ready to leave, but i had already paid for 2 nights and the hotel is in the middle of no where. taxi drivers cannot find this place. my kids were tired, we had a full day and at this point... i was stuck. i live in thailand, travel a lot and use agoda to book my hotels. i do my research, read the reviews and often give places the benefit of a doubt (just thinking it was maybe a customer just having a bad experience), but i will begin to pay closer attention to reviews! duplex stairs are very steep, not child friendly at all. very dangerous. i could go on and on, but to sum this all up... there was a reason god took the children of israel out of egypt and told them not to return. you can put perfume on dog feces, but underneath... it's still feces! don't fall for the hotel design, luxor hotel does indeed charge for pickup, just as the site mentions.
