Good location, funky design, top privacy,great service! The room was fantastic and I liked the decor in the room. They provided all of the facilities which I recommend this hotel for business travellers. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. It was the five-star service!!

Clean, new, stylish hotel. Room service takes ages. A rather long walk to the skytrain. Communication could be a problem
The hotel is clean and new and well designed. The staff are friendly and helpful. However only about half of them speak english so communication can be a problem.
The rooms are ok, but for the price you pay I do think you can get an extremely nice room at a premium hotel with the levels of service you would expect. The location is just off Sukumvit, but it is a good 15 minute walk to the Skytrain station.

Friendly staff, nice TV, nice breakfast No concierge, no bell boys, toilet in room behind glass, you can not get to the closet without watching somebody on the toilet!
They charge 5 star price, with 3 star service Ver nice design, but overdesigned hotel close to BTS Asoke. Maduzi charges nearly as much as Banyan Tree oder Hyatt, etc. BUT THEY ARE MILES AWAY with regards to Service. Not even Bell Boys (the poor maids had to carry our luggage, upon arrival, we had to do it ourselfes). No concierge, most of the staff's english is very poor - considering the price, this is not acceptable.
