Decent value for money. Some might prefer a more modern design in the rooms, however, they are clean and fairly spacious. The wireless was very slow though. The staff were good, the gym and swimming pool were nice. Breakfast around the pool was great. Located a 10 minute walk to the skyrail (overland metro). All in all a nice hotel which won't dissappoint. You may be able to find beter value for money though.

The location is close to nana enternatinment plaza (the place for most of business traveller), the room decor is stylish and modern, concierge and staff are very attentive to your need, the owner also owner a taylor shop nearby at good price. highly recommended

Majestic Stay!
i love this hotel! i stayed here once before, back in april of 2006. the location is superb! the skytrain is a short walk down the street, the nana entertainment center is close by for nightlife and there are plenty of good restaurants both inside and outside of the hotel. i upgraded my room to a larger one on the other side of the hotel and i loved my bigger room! the breakfast is excellent! each morning i woke up and enjoyed the wonderful food and flawless service of the breakfast.

Great Hotel! Awesome location. I loved the upgraded room I had for the second night of my recent stay there. The furniture was nice and in good condition. I loved the firm mattress on my King sized bed. The view from my upgraded room was beautiful at night with all of the lights of Bangkok outside my windows. The breakfast is really something exceptional. The food is very good and so is the service. I also like the poolside location of the breakfast, which is included when booking a night at the Hotel. I will stay there again. No question about it!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to everything. Skytrain is right down the street. Easy to get to anywhere you want to go. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby. Excellent Hotel!

I last stayed at this hotel several years ago when it was brand new and was impressed by the appointments back then. This time, I booked it by mistake so interesting to see how things have changed. The room furnishings/fittings showed their age and the main shower drain appeared to be blocked but was OK for the second night. Using the shower head in the separate bathtub caused water all over the floor as the drainage wasn't designed quite right. Internet connection was DOA the first night but was working in the morning. The breakfast buffet looked good but at 10pm, it was very busy and some larger groups had to wait for a table. However, the staff were fast in clearing tables and setting them up. The pool is beside the restaurant and looked very small. Reception staff were quite good and check-in/out was fast (5am departure).

The Majestic Grande is a really nice hotel. I especially liked staying on the club floor with its free food and drinks; very helpful when you're working and fancy a snack or drink. The use of free internet on the club floors and the computers in the executive lounge were very much appreciated.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Cabbages and Condoms in Soi 12 - it's excellent!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard. The breakfast buffet was one of the best selections that i have seen in Thailand. Thanks majestic Grand for giving my girlfriend a birthday card and a lovely cake for her 25th birthday. we will be returning to this hotel next time we are in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip:
not too far from platinum centre where you get some great bargains. Can catch skytrain there also. About 10 mins away

Convenient and friendly. Food and beverage more than adequate and neighborhood has plenty of action and other activities. Close to BTS, easy to get around

Repeat visitor, like location and smaller size. Good neighborhood, staff is friendly. Hotel restaurants are adequate, neighborhhod has plenty of other choices, both high end and budget, all varieties. Business center does good job with routine tasks, fair prices.
Restaurant Tip:
If need to impress, JW Marriott is close by with good upscale restaurant selection.
