this was a very impressive hotel, the room i got was massive. as the room i had booked was unavailable the hotel upgraded me for free to an even bigger room.
the staff where very professional and spoke good english. the hotels location is very good if your single and going out to party, its a short walk to soi 4 and close to na na plaza and short tuk tuk ride to soi cow boy etc. The hotel does not charge you a fee to bring girls home, but does require there id card. there is plnty of restaurants in the area and getting taxis is no trouble

Excellent stay had the best night sleep in the comfy bed. Wouldn't recommend a smokers room very bad odour. I had non smokers and was a great all round stay

Was upgraded to a good size room, well equipped. Only stayed one night, close to all Sukhumvit has to offer, all very fine except little hard to get a taxi direct from the hotel. Breakfast fine, staff helpful, value for money hotel.

The worst reception experience ever

The assistant manager the night I checked in was openly hostile and confrontational. Although I am a very frequent guest at this hotel for the past several years I was treated in the most disrespectful manner. This staff member was absolutely unaware of the concept of customer service and had no interest in keeping long-standing customers. He was well aware of my past record of visits to this hotel as the information was available to him on his desk computer. I will continue to patronize this hotel because I consider this very unpleasant experience to be an anomaly rather than the norm. I can only hope that during my next visit this person is no longer working the front desk.
