All the best of five and four star combinations. A little too much hovering by waiting staff over the dinner I had with a colleague.
You have to pay 150 baht for an hour of internet connection. I think this should be included free anywhere you go but the rest of the deal was so good it wouldn't put me off returning. This is a really excellent hotel. A very reasonable price for a room of five star quality in it's design, bed quality, facilities etc. A little small for a five star rating, but once again reflected in the price, and I 'd always prefer comfort and quality over a few extra square meters. Excellent staff, good happy hour deals and complimentary drinks. The included breakfast was also one of the best I've come across. The pianist in the foyer in the evening also gave excellent advice on the best jazz/music venues to go to.
Nightlife Tip : Close to a few different beer bar streets and street shopping and restaurant streets (authentic & cheap)all within easy walking.

Good Location, complementary drink, excellent breakfast Was originally given a room with ajoining door which was quickly changed Very good hotel in a excellent loaction 3 mins walk from the buisy Sukimit Road area and 5 mins to Sky Train. Not a huge hotel but very friendly with good breakfast
Restaurant Tip : Some excellent restaurants 5 mins walk from the hotel dowm some of the sidestreets

Fantastic service - very friendly staff - amazing that they remember your name... Soi 2 is where is redlight district are which is a little downer if this is not your cup of tea This hotel was recommended to me by some friends which were in Bangkok a few weeks before me. The price is a little steep, but putting that aside the staff, service was all great. The BTS train line is not to far from the hotel.
They do offer a limousine service (not really a limousine but a taxi) but this can cost nearly 4 times more than a normal taxi even with the special guest discount.
The breakfast in the hotel was great - at least they had pork sausages similar to the UK rather than the small mini frankferters.
All in al i would recommend this hotel and would stay there again on my next trip.

my friend & I loved their breakfast. Specially,coffee was outstanding! Also, the location of the hotel is very convenient. workers are very friendly and helpful! Internet access could be a little less expensive. lighting in the room to read is not enough. This hotel was recommended by my friend who stayed here before, so I expected to be a nice place to stay for the price we paid. We really loved the Hotel in almost evey point of view except a few minor things. We loved the people who work there ,friendly,great genuine smile& look happy. At the end of the day, we felt like we want to go back to our home! I would recommend this hotel to any of my friend.
Restaurant Tip : there are many little restaurant near by shopping mall, also good place to get massage for great price. You can just walk in 5 min.

Great location, friendly staff , modern and well priced. Majestic Grande hotel in the heart of Sukamvit/Nana area.Great value for money hotel which caters for the business and refined traveller who enjoys comfort,style and friendly service. This hotel has a nice restaurant on the 7th level with a small elegant pool side retreat. Food quality is excellent and the staff go out of there way to assist. This hotel also has a nice bar in the lobby area which is known for making fantasic cocktails. As a frequent traveller I will be using this hotel again. Keep up the good service and keep the price at a reasonable rate.
Nightlife Tip : Great area for nightlife and many great food outlets to maych.

STAFF , Rooms, good room rate. Cleanliness, efficiency, courtesy. STAFF very courteous, ever smiling and extremely efficient, Rooms nicely appointed, nice ceiling to floor glass windows offering sensational views, good room rate. Close proximity to skytrain with connections to many shopping centres within a few minutes train ride. Nice pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym areas. Excellent room ate and good value for money. Will definitely stay here again.
Shopping Tip : MBK via skytrain - great shopping at bargain basement prices.

The Hotel is within walking distance of Nana Plaza and the girly Bar area . it is also near the Sky Train so it is easy to gain access to the shopping centres such as Central Chit Lom and Siam Paragon by Skytrain. The traffic congestion around the Hotel on Sukhumvit is immense and a taxi ride proceeds at walking pace . Wireless internet is charged and is relatively expensive. THe Hotel is very well maintained and flawless in its finishes and quality. I stayed in a larger corner room and this was the same quality as the standard room , which is 28 sq metres.There is an executive floor which offers office type facilities for those doing business with free internet wirelss access. The Restauant and Bar in recenption area is first class and the staff all speak English . The Swimming Pool is attractive and there is a very good breakfast in the dining room on the 7th floor. The breakfast was included in the price. This was my third stay at the Hotel. I live in Thailand so I am in a position to judge the Hotel and it is very good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Hotel is near the Skytrain so yo can travel on the train . Taxis can be very slow but not expensive.

Clean, convenient, charming a little on the spendy side. We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Grande - it's quite close to the sky train, good food, embassies, and hospital (what we were in BKK for). It's clean and charming, with wood floors, bathrobes, all the modern conveniences, a very nice shower, and view of the city. we recommend it for the non-backpacker who needs a bit of a retreat from the noisy grimy city.
Restaurant Tip : Sunrise Tacos is nearby - the best tacos in SE Asia.

Everything! Great central location - walking distance to BTS, next door to Starbucks, McDonalds - through the carpark to Bus Stop bar for a fantastic Aussie meal. Every time I travel to Thailand, my holiday MUST finish with style with a stay at the Majestic Grande. Everything about this hotel is just classy within my budget. Staff are so lovely and welcoming from the moment the door is opened for you and nothing is too much trouble for them to organise for you. I've even had luggage held by the hotel for me to holiday further within Thailand or even just for a few hours while waiting to kill time to catch a plane. Rooms are so nice and so clean - and depending on how often you staff, you can be upgraded to have access to the lounge upstairs where drinks and eats are free! Breakfast is the greatest - such a great atmosphere with service being so prompt and efficient. Have travelled to Thailand and stayed here with my partner, with my family, with friends as well as by myself. Recommend this hotel to anyone I know to stay here. Will never leave Thailand without staying here again.
Nightlife Tip : Close to the BTS to be able to travel anywhere along Sukhumvit to head to a bar area if you are looking for that - also, across another hotel carpark to be in walking distance to Nana Plaza, again, if you are looking for a bar area to be entertained.

Service excellent. the swimming pool could be clearer The hotel is in an excellent location near nana station. The rates were great and the staff excellent. The breakfast was wonderful and I really enjoyed the benefits of the executive lounge. I the evening it was wonderful to relax with a drink and enjoy the live music.I always stay at this hotel in Bangkok.

Not many restaurants in the immediate area. Pretty good value in Sukhumvit area. Easy access to the SkyTrain, which was convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful with recommendations. Room was pretty nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice.

Steam room broken and not fixed Right in the prime Nana location next to Marriot. Room was spacious and 5 star. Buffet breakfast and lunch was excellent quality. The gym has more than most hotels. Sauna was nice and hot. Steam toom would not go above 39 degress and the staff did not understand it was broken and needed to be fixed. That was the only issue i had otherwise I defintely would go back.

Very central and good hotel Reception staff do not explain facilities that are included in your rate paid. Check so you do not miss-out on what you have paid for. Very close to good nightlife yet no noise heard in room and very close to sky-train.
Grande deluxe room most acceptable, room nice size and great bathroom.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Traffic to and from hotel is a nightmare in peak hours so use the sky train..very cheap and easy to get around main BK areas. Taxis can rip you off, agree fee first and ensure they know where you want to go before you get in.

Good location. EXCELLENT breakfast buffet. Good value. Need separate blanket & cover sheet versus the integrated blanket/cover sheet. The staff is so helpful and nice. Very hospitable and willing to please. Nice athletic facility. All is so clean.
