The hotel is located close to the Skytrain station "NANA" brings you everywhere in Bangkok. The hotel is located on a quiet street and near the street merchants. Small travel agency inside the hotel convenient for tourism. The concierge is very knowledgeable and friendly. The spa is very nice and affordable. The hotel offers a business services and the internet for hotel guests. The hotel is incredibly clean.

One excellent hotel and great value!!
Excellent value, food is great and staff always helpful.

We have stayed several times at this hotel and it has always been great. The staff are friendly, (though the reception could do with improving with being more welcoming)the breakfast/dinner is really good and there is plenty to see and do close by as well as a BTS too. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable plus room service is always good.

My Hotel of Choice and Will Return

From the minute I walked in the doors of this hotel, I knew that I made the right choice of hotels. I travel often for business and pleasure and I would highly recommend the hotel for both. When I arrived in my cab, the great service began there. The staff greeted me pleasantly, took charge of my luggage and escorted me to the front desk. My room was ready in which I had requested an early check in. The front desk personal shared with me the amenties of the hotel and gave me discount coupons for happy hour and dinner.
Nightlife Tip:
If you want to engage with the nightlife it's in walking distance. I felt comfortable and safe walking around

Expensive but not better than cheaper Hotels
Spacious room , good wifi , big in-room safe (laptop 15" fits in)

i stayed before at a hotel for the half price and they had similar rooms.
swimming pool is totally useless , it doesn't get any sun the whole day (nobody goes there).
cleaning of the room late in the afternoon.
Restaurant Tip:
There is an excellent seafood restaurant named "7 Seas" in the next street (Soi 4)

Great place. Deserves its five stars. No real complaints.
Nightlife Tip:
not much on Soi 2, but go straight after walking out of hotel front door and you're on a side street that connects directly to soi 4. past annie's massage, and annie's pub, which are both worth a look, by the way.

the hotel was very clean. the staff was accomondating and understood enough english to help you with directions and recommdations. exercise room was desirable and the pools were nice. no problems to have guest in your room.surf and turf dinner was more that i expected. the lobster and steak was prepared as you waited. excellent flavor. nice lounge and good happy hour prices

A lot of nightlife really close to the hotel in walking distance

it's a typical convenience hotel. 4 stars or so, but no thrills. it's clean, it's efficient, it's huge. when on a business trip or a first time trip to bangkok it's a good place to retreat, but don't expect any romance.
one thing worth knowing is that the pool has no sunshine after 10am, so if sunbathing is your thing this hotel is not for you.

I have stayed in alot of hotelsin this area and all in all this hotel is great a little more spendy maybe but worth it!
