Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Traditional Thai hotel, nice lobby, big clean room. Can walk to Patpong. Central location close to china town
substandard buffet breakfast. 2nd day they did not have buffet breakfast and they brought me down preordered meal from kitchen. Pool old and not very inviting. Staff not very helpful
I stayed at this hotel during the political uprising in April 09. I think I was the only person in the hotel. It was very quiet but the hotel is dark and dated. I did not use the pool because it was not inticing. The buffet breakfast or lack of one was a rip off! This hotel is very expensive. I would not stay there again given the price per night. The best quality is that it is walking distance to patpong

friendly, helpful staff.
clean rooms.
good breakfast.
We stayed three nights. It was overall a good stay, the staff were friendly and as helpful as possible and the rooms were clean. The location is also reasonably good as it is relatively central and is close to the underground links. The hotel is in reasonable condition but if anything lacks a bit of atmosphere as it did not seem to be the busiest of hotels.

Very good hotel with stuff who are very service minded. Rooms are big and every room have bath, Tv, fridge and aircon, beds are very comfortable.
Dont think that there is any weaknesses
We have staied at Mandarin earlier just before the big fire and was not sure about how it wouls be now after they open again. Our experience is that noting has been changed, mayby in most in the positive way. So next time we conme to Bangkok will we ofcours stay at Mandarin again. It was so nice to be back.
Shopping Tip : It is not so fare away from MBK, Siam paragon, Bayoki sky and other shopping center.
