I've stayed here before, and the fact that I rebooked should tell you it has been good enough for me. It offers the things that I value the most--location, breakfast, reasonably clean and comfortable room, and most importantly, a reasonable price. No frills here, but that isn't what I'm looking for. Very nice breakfast buffet, wide range of food, fruit, beverages. Very convenient location, close to skytrain and subway stations, close to highway to airport (under 30 minutes at 6am). But never use hotel taxis, which have 'funny' meters.
Extras: in-room safe, hot water pot to make tea/coffee, frig, TV with plenty of English channels.

this hotel is the most convenient and economy hotel in sukumvit . suhkmvit area is best for business as well for night life. if you prefer hotels in soi 8 to soi 15 it will be convenient for many activities. nana train station is near by so that you can tavel to major area of bkk , avoiding road traffic . many indian restaurants are near by. nightlife in these area is vibrant . there are many street markets in the areas (soi 8 to soi 15 )- to purchase cloths, leather goods etc.,. however, this is the busiest area & traffic - need to plan well to reach suvarnaboomi airport

It is value for money and it is very close to BTS station which gives you an opportunity to travel thru BTS very quickly. Robinson Dept Store is very close and it is a very good for shopping.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is a tour desk in the hotel and they offer many sight seeing and they are interesting.

good value for your money. iwas satisfied staying at this hotel.
Break fast was good, the staff can speak english. Near to get the Taxi, BTS Asok and Nana, near to shopping mall. Unfortunatelly, the remote TV was not work. So we have to change the channel manually.
Shopping Tip:
Take a meter taxi from the sukhumvit road. Hotel Taxi is expensive and try to take us to the shop, that we might not want to go..

overall value was good. some problems were the shower lacked hot water. had a wash cloth worn out with holes in it. getting a taxi through the hotel has an expensive mark up. walk down the street and get one on your own. Hotel staff was very good though so I would stay there again.

The best thing about Manhattan hotel was the price. I paid $38 us, which included breakfast for two. Breakfast was decent with the usual items. Size of the room was good, but a little run down. But all in all, it was comfortable and the in-room safe was great. The worst thing is that there was no free internet downstairs in the lobby. Usually these small hotels offer free internet. What's worst is that they charge 100 baht to use it. Most internet cafes only charge 30.
