Not recommended
Convenient (near the restaurant, near a convenience store, near the station, near the main street). Safety. Delicious breakfast.

If you invite your friends into the room, the hotel will charge a Joyner fee from you 500 baht. So, if you invite friends into a room, stay at another hotel.
Hotel accommodation and breakfast is set. Breakfast in the hotel is very good at many types of buffet.

Hotel Mangattan gave me a very good service. Due to this reason I extended my stay from daysto 10 days. They were really courteous and helpful. Their breakfast was very good. Although I stayed in a single room I was actually a double the size with all the facilities

My stay at Manhattan Hotel, Sukhumvit, Bangkok
Situated in the Main Street. Breakfast was good. Other foods are available in just less than 5 minutes walk outside the hotel. Cleanliness is appreciable.The subway train and Sky Train Station is very near to the hotel. Many places of interest are accessible by the trains. The front desk staff were pleasant and speak well, helpful too

My wife and I enjoyed the stay here. Even tho' you are one who goes for high taste , you would not be disappointed with this one especially with the price being very reasonable. It has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Coupled with its strategic location in terms of good access to effective and cheap public transportation to places of interest. Access to a variety of food joints is also good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Prices of souveneir items at the Floating market must be bargained to at least 60% lower from the opening price. Traders take advantage of the situation of haste in the crowded watrerways to impose high prices and take advantage the sentiment of tourists wanting to close the deal and move on.

One night in Bangkok
A lot. Nice room, bed, mini-fridge/bar, staff, tub, shower head, towels, sheets, location. Great breakfast.

A real delight. Having spent a night in a dump a few night before, it was a great surprise to find this hotel at about the same price. Right in the middle of everything, this little gem is a real value for the money. I would stay here the next, and any, time I am in Bangkok.

Probably not the right hotel for you...

-Very poor service.
-Average food.
-Dirty rooms (i’d say it’s perfect for bug-watching! Insect lovers would be delighted to see bugs of diverse species in their bedrooms).
-The interior badly needs a facelift (too démodé).
Definitely not for the « budget-concious-yet-sophisticated » jet-setter! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I love to travel and trust me, you could get better hotels in Bkk (3-4 stars), for much lower rates!
The only upside is that it is accessible to the Metro(MRT) and the BTS Skytrain stations, and to Robinsons Department Store, if you need to go shopping.

Great location
Good pool, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

Very handy access to the sky train and metro, lots going on nearby. Hotel staff are friendly and the hotel and pool are clean and safe.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Avoid the tuk tuks (who will charge new arrivals more and try and take you to a suit factory) and take either the sky train or the metro instead, it's excellent value, frequent and very clean .... you can avoid the city smog that way too.
