We only stayed a night, but it served us well. Good central location, nice clean rooms, and reasonable rates. Don't use any services though, or you will be charged for it. I left my phone in a taxi, and when I asked the doorman to call the taxi company, he did. It was a nice thing for him to do for me. Then, upon checking out, I get the bill for him calling, at 30baht. It wasn't that much, but it was a local call, and I think they could have done it without charging me. But otherwise, it was a good stay.

Desk staff obviously don't like foreigners. Don't bother asking them to get a taxi for you unless you want to way too much. It's at the end of a narrow dead end street, and I had to tote my bags about a block because taxi from the airport would not go down the street at night. Likewise, had to tote them out when leaving. Otherwise, the location is good with prime singles spots in easy walking distance.

I have stayed here before and will return again. Being in the heart of one Bangkok's bar districts probably not suitable for kids. It represents good value. Close to transport - short cab ride to Skytrain and about 20 mins to airport. Air conditioning in room excellent and very fast internet which is free.
