Cy’an
An award-winning 110-seat contemporary restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering predominantly seafood-inspired menus. The cuisine, described as “Food from the Sun”, is based on traditions found around the Mediterranean’s shores. Breakfast 6am-10.30am, lunch 12pm-2pm, dinner 6.30pm-10.30pm.
Glow
Glow is a 48-seat restaurant serving fresh food only, light meals and energising juices, rich in living enzymes, vitamins and minerals. The Como Shambhala menu is specifically designed for balance and rejuvenation. Breakfast 6am-11am, all-day dining 11am-9pm.
The Met Bar
The Met Bar serves modern Asian cuisine in a club-like environment.

Metropolitan Room
The Metropolitan Room is the largest in the hotel with deluxe king- or twin beds. The room is fitted with working desk, wireless high-speed broadband internet, IDD phone and a 25” flat screen TV with satellite and DVD player. The bathroom comes with off-white limestone and mosaic tiles, and is filled with renowned Como Shambhala amenities. Room size: 54 sq m.

The Metropolitan is a stylish hotel but without any element of snobbery or elitism. The outstanding memory is of the staff who simply cannot do enough to help you, and who all know your name within hours of your arrival. NB not that close to public transport and though taxis are readily available traffic jams on the road outside make journeys much longer than expected.
- Restaurant Tip : 2 hotels (400 yards) alomg, Sunday brunch at the Sukothai Hotel is one of the best anywhere in the world.
