Top service, and convenient access to all necessities. Excellent spa facilities/swimming pool Far away from city centre. A bit complicated transport facilities The Miracle Grand was recommended by Agoda as a convenient place to stay in the Laksi district of BAngkok. However, even it was in the district it took me about 20 minutes to get from the hotel to my meeting place destination, the DPU's International College. The location's limitation given, the hotel itself provided excellent service by its staff, from the very arrival, through convenient restaraunts and cafes, to a space swimming pool, a well equipped fitness room, and a professiioal spa centre. At the ground floor there was a convenience store, offering all the small necessities that may be reqoured when travelling. The staff's attitude and service minededness were excellent. If good service and, at the same time, quietness and distance from the buzziness of downtown BAngkok is what you are looking for Miracle Grand is a good choice.

Hotel is a bit far from center . Need to get taxi to get in to town . The hotel is beauty full and nice . The room was supeb , clean , big , and comfortable . The room is very suitable for relax after a long fly. Had a shower and bath . Happy with the room .

1)Great staff at reception. 2) Huge and classy lobby. 3) Big and comfortable rooms. 1) Location is far from central Bangkok Stayed there for 3 nights. Lobby looks great. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Great food at the hotel. Rooms were big and very comfortable. Staff at the hotel were fast and efficient.
Travel tip : Very near Don Muang airport. Stayed there because I'm flying to another place in Thailand. Don Muang airport still cater to domestic flights

Fast Check In( the staff are aquintance with agoda). We got the room that we requested.Nice and quiet.Breakfast was great and variety. Limited parking. Far from shopping area. Hard to go around. This hotel is good for those who plan to leave Bkk up north. The hotel is easy to locate. The Satffs are freindly and welcoming but you need to carry your own bags due to limited staffs during late check in. Room is nice and clean and well tidied. I got a corner room so i got a very good 180 degree view even from the bath tub. There's a little Television for guest in the bath room too. Breakfast serve until 10 am.
Shopping Tip : There's a good shopping complex near Don Muang airport (Je Leng) You can buy high ends cosmetic in lower prices

I stay at the miracle grand for one night it was a good clean hotel with nice location nearby Donmuang airport which I had a flight in the next day and also not so far from the shopping malls and IT centre. Breakfast was great with combination from all kinds of food European Thai Japanese and others. I'll stay here again if I have a flight from Donmuang airport, but I hoop next time the reception will give me smile.

Friendly staff clean well presented room I have stayed here before and will again if the occasion arises. The staff are pleasant and helpful,made a "no fuss" correction of a mistake in the bill. I recommend this hotel.

people are very nice and helpful. carpets need a steam clean. i think this place is very nice with very nice staff. if it was in a better location( shopping) it would be ideal. food is great, but sometimes service is a little slow. maybe because they have trainees. overall it is relaxed and comfy.. i stayed at the rama gardens for 1 night( absolutely appalling) service was shit, staff were rude. the place was like grand central trainstation. miracle grand has a nice and relaxing environment. i will be coming back in the future..
Restaurant Tip : the food is great, sometimes a little slow with service. but overall it is nice. not 4 star, but i would maybe give it 3star service.

Poor TV reception and limited selection. I chose the Miracle Grand, so that I'd be close to the Impact Arena (15 minutes by taxi), and also because I received a great rate on this four-star hotel through Agoda that also included breakfast. The buffet breakfast is really good, and includes a variety of different selections.
The room was clean, albeit the sixties era furniture and decor could use some renovation. On the first night, there was a complementary fruit dish in the minibar. The king bed is very comfortable. There's an open closet with no door, only hangers in front of a large mirror. The TV reception was fair, but that's probably because I noticed a loose connection on the back of the set. There are a limited number of English language stations. One peculiarity, is a second TV mounted in the shower. The drains for the tub and sink would not work until I took the stopper out of them. The room view is unspectacular to say the least, as the hotel overlooks a busy highway and a dilapidated shanty area. Also, don't expect to walk to shopping or anything nearby the hotel. I tried walking to the IT Square Plaza, and it was a mistake. I took a taxi back to the hotel for only 50 Thai Baht. It was worth it.
I was disappointed that there was no free WIFI provided. If you want to access the internet, you will need to purchase a TOT card at the front desk, and it's not cheap!
The pool is large, and the exercise room has a good variety of machines, including free weights. The attendant will help you with the machines if you don't know how to use them.
I would stay at the Miracle Grand Convention Hotel again if I needed to attend a show at the Impact Arena, but otherwise for sightseeing and touristy kinds of things, I'd choose a hotel in the center of Bangkok around Silom or Sukhumvit.
The Miracle Grand is geared towards business people and conventioneers.
Restaurant Tip : Fuji Japanese restaurant at "The Avenue" shopping complex on Chaeng Wattana Road nearby.

Rooms are wonderfuls, nice food can be found in the hotel locations, traffic very heavy during peak hour. Unaccessible. Hotel is very nice and well maintain. Nice japanese food and international buffet. The hotel is unaccessible although Laksi plaza is not too far away. The swimming pool is nice. Rooms are just wonderful. The bathtub have a nice view of vibhavadi rangsit highway and also have a extra TV in the toilet

Very good room indeed excellent value for money, clean and quiet hotel, good food and services not the best location, closer to the old airport and that is quite a distance from everything A most excellent time and a good chioce, sadly I was only able to stay the one night, i will happily return to this hotel if I am in the district

location is good, price is cheap, and the room is in good condition. what i liked the most was coffee provided at Breakfast. Normally free coffee at Breakfast is not drinkable. I would say this hotel coffee is better than the coffee provided at the Sofitel BKK. ventilation and air conditioning system, we had problem trying to get right temperature. the air cond did not work properly, and ventilation was bad too. overall, I think Miracle Grand is one of a quality hotels. For the price we paid we dont regret. the hotel services were good, staff were nice, coffee was excellent :) One thing though, car parking of the hotel did not provide parking ticket, therefore we felt reluctant about security.

- Each employer was really polite and friendly
- The convinience room - Quite far from a shopping mall and city This hotel was build from the imagination because every square of the hotel has a great meaningful inside. People was really friendly and also politely to he who was their guest. The rooms of the hotel was perfect to rest because it had more space to relax your mind and also your body. Overall this hotel is a nice hotel to stay in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip : You can take a taxi to Central Ladproad just 15 minute.

Good price, large rooms, excellent staff and service A bit old and not a great location unless you have an early morning flight out of don muang This is a good value hotel with excellent service - an example - my flight was leaving early - even before breakfast was served - unprompted the reception staff arranged for me to have a packed breakfast.
The general standard of the hotel is excellent given the price and the place is very well run, with good restaurants on site.
The only problem really is that the location is a bit off the beaten track and the traffic heading this way can be really bad.
The rooms are spacious and clean and generally pretty comfortable.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel with the caveat of lower expectations on the facilities but the lower price should set those expectations anyway.

The rooms are nice and breakfast buffet options were great. Hotel is close to express way for easy access. The bar on the 14th floor was nice and romantic for couples. The staff need to smile more. My four day stay at Miracle Grand was pretty good i have to say. This was my second time staying there. The rooms are very nice and clean. House cleaning does a good job every day of refreshing the room and changinging the linens. The interior of the hotel is fairly modern and contemparary with a few odd fixtures here and there but not overwhelming. The location from the city is a bit far but it's only about 150 baht to have a taxi take you down town and taxi is easy to get at the hotel. Caution if you take taxi from or to the Airport ask them to use the meter as they will try to charge you more for the long haul (normal should be about 350-400 baht including tip). The food is good. I had breakfast buffet each morning and the options were good and planty (some of the best omletts iv'e had in Thailand). Room service food was good to should you decide to eat in your room. While the bathroom was nice, the shower head needed cleaning as the spray was a little less i=than i prefer and the hot water was wither really hot or cold...hard to find the perfect temp. The spa was ok and pool ok but not ideal for kids. Workout facility was satisfactory for a decent workout. All in all i would recommend this hotel to others planning to stay in the area though if you plan to be downtown often I would suggest staying down town to avoid 30 min taxi ride every day. Nice place...will stay there again.
Shopping Tip : There's an IT mall, Foodland supermarket and food court very close to the hotel (all in the same comlex). Just ask the staff where the IT mall is and they can tell you. It's a short 5 minute taxi ride from the hotel.

Room is quite large and clean. Nice view from the bath room traffic jam around the hotel and lack of parking during the wedding or seminars I receommended MIracle Grand hotel for all the tourist who want to visit Thailand. The room is quite new and clean is the most important things.
Lobby is large and big space to walk around. There is Japanese restaurant at the lobby. Taste is very good and price is okay. Breakfast is very very good. I really like this hotel eventhough the location is not so good.
