charming layout, lovely teak panelling on some floors, nice staff, conv to girlie scene if thats your cupppa

limited fitness center, average service

montien is worth visiting and has the old BKK feeling, but is not for everyone. The urban pollution scene and low-brow street life is ambient. Teak paneling and good breakfast are among the attractions. i would return adn the rate was good value. its an institutions for some people and i understand why

Extremely nice hotell with nice "thai" atmosphere. Helpfull staff Excellent breakfast Good location

Only negative was the showers. Bad water preassure and it was hopeless to get an adequate temprature...

Even though this an old hotel, I still find it very good value. Nice rooms, excellent breakfast and good location. Also the staff are always frriendly and helpfull.

convinient location, friendly and helpfull staff,big and bright rooms, very clean, swimming pool is clean and the staff takes care of you, breakfast is fantastic

pillows could be thiner and the shower flexible
