Overall the stay was good, the staff was friendly enough. The room was a bit loud in the morning (traffic), but for the price and being in BKK, it was to be expected, I suppose.

Room has seen better days. Very noisy in the morning. Only 5 Thai channels on TV. Air con very weak and bathroom very small. WiFi not good and costs 100 baht extra.

first I met the hostel it was too small , no notice board " moom phon Klai Hostel" I just saw the green with yellow letter in THai" so that I passed by. The word "Moom Phon Klai" wasn't noticable.
After I walked back I ask some people there, he told me it might be the green with yellow word in Thai. When I step inside I met a smile face friendly lady. She has 2 types of the rooms, smaller and bigger. Everything is OK with me.
Shopping Tip:
you can go everywhere easily by subway from this hostel.

If you decide to stay here, take note of the directions. The name of the guesthouse does not appear in English outside it. It looks like a massage place - fortunately the receptionist opened the door & asked if we were looking for them!
The staff were friendly.
The bed was very hard but otherwise the room was decent enough.
There is an MRT station nearby, although it is still a bit of a distance to central Bangkok. We were leaving from Mo Chit bus station early in the morning so decided to stay further out for this reason.
The wifi works well in the room.
