The room in Muangphol hotel is clean ,enternet is free and fastnlocation just accross BTS but the problem only with hot water .sometimes there is hot water but very hot ,and sometimes no hot water ,lucky the weather is very hot .

As I expected, I enjoyed it because of it's good location. I only stayed 1 night. MBK is near and so are other malls. Also skytrain connection is close. No need for other public transport!

Great spot for shopping and using bts

It's a fair spot to stay. Nothing special but it's clean. The hot water works but it's either hot or not no in between. Close to MBK and Discovery. Close to BKK art and culture center. Close to the BTS. It's a great starting point for newcomers to Bangkok. It's a bit expensive for what you get but it's all about location when it comes to this place.

Good. The bigger lady at reception was helpful. We booked wrong dates and they were helpful in getting it sorted out. Also helped with taxi. We were 15 min late checking out and they forgave us even though the rooms were really booked.
