This is my third stay at the Narai and it is always good. The staff at the check-in are great and as soon as you arrive you know you are somewhere special. Housekeeping staff are great, suppling extra coffee and toiletries without fuss. I had a superior room (the 8th floor is the Superior floor) and it is great. the wireless access worked perfect throughout. Okay, there are a few very minor gripes, but generally very, very good.
Staff at reception, very clean, comfortable, good western breakfast, wireless internet access.
Breakfast staff, Asian breakfast, and the business manager charged 25 Baht to print out the booking voucher!
- Shopping Tip : Wonderful local market 200 yards from the hotel (turn left and then a little lane further down on the left).

I enjoyed my stay here and will likely return. The Hotel seems very busy and breakfast was always crowded. It is not far to the skytrain and Patpong however Silom road is always busy and some inersections are difficult to cross. You need to be very careful as you walk across these roads as drivers are very aggressive.
The food is good here and I enjoyed the dinner buffet. My room was very comfortable and clean.
Good location, good breakfast and helpful staff.
Situated on Silom Road where traffic is always heavy and the air is polluted. Individuals always attempting to get you taxis outside the entrance and can be very annoying.
- Travel tip : Decent internet cafe a short distance to the right as you exit the hotel.
