too bad i just 1night stayed even i payed 2night.
this hotel manager told me if want to stay my hotel must follow my instruction he dont understand what is service
on this night no choice to stay due my arrival time is 2200. but i dont want to stay more forever. he never say sorry even thier mistake and miss service.

We had a good stay overall. Some staff were exceptionally helpful, others not so much. The location was good for us as we had to go to 2 embassies close by but far from many sites. Indian restaurant across the street is amazing!

Overall a good city hotel .Excellent value for money. One complaint would be the distance from the Sky train and underground stations. Beware of the Taxi driver sharks near hotel

Okay hotel but too inconsistent to be great
Great wifi, nice rooms, Peperoni Restaurant was great

Overall it was a good experience but hotel was very inconsistent. The first day we went to the fitness centre, the equipment was very dirty. Later in the week, it was cleaner. Sometimes the front desk staff were friendly and helpful other times not so much. Although they said breakfast went until 10, they began clearing things much earlier.
