stayed at narai hotel few times now for work, comfortable rooms but not so big. internet connection good for business traveller. good breakfast selection and staff very friendly and accommodating. be careful of the taxi and tuktuk drivers out front, will rip you off. convenient location close to bts, night markets and plenty of street shopping and malls.

the accommodation here is wonderful. friendly and helpful cleaning staff.
it was just unfortunate that there was an announcement of a one day "no electricity" from 11 am to 6pm which really disturbed a lot of guests. some guests checked out and really complained, i even heard "bookings from agoda. it was sad because the reception staff can not pacify some guests. though they said, it is beyond their control, this was on march 7th. i stayed at the lobby, most of the other guests were there doing their internet work. we were provided cold water and the staff were helpful. at 6pm, the lights were on and it was back to normal.
Travel tip:
This hotel is very near the shops and Pat Pong. Nice to stroll and look at some cheap buys. There is a market lane with some foodstalls at night, good to try the salted fish and reasonably priced.

Booked last minuite from samui got taxi from airport B very pleased with hotel good value comfortable clean and friendly . Bar is dear so have a few around the street market instead !
Shopping Tip:
Don't be intimidated by the con men tuc tuc drivers just find a good one and agree a price . And no brothers shop special deal they get a petrol voucher for taking you there

It was our 6th time staying in this hotel; this statement is enough to show how we value the Narai Hotel. The last (5th)time when we were there, they have already renovated the top floors plus the 1st floor restaurant, which made the buffet breakfast even more inviting. I suggest that you will not be desappointed if you include the buffet breakfast in your booking. This time I bet they have already renovated the whole hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday and enjoy a drink or two, go down to the bar after 5pm during happy hours.
