A positive experience
Its my 1st time at this hotel, and I am pleasantly pleased with this hotel. The room was acceptable to me, bedsheets are clean and toilet has no leakage whatsoever. They honour the "Do not disturb" sign that I placed on my door, and in addition passed me a note to say that should I require anything, I can feel free to contact them anytime. Breakfast wise, I will say that the food served are well-cooked though I must add that they serve the same food every morning for the 6D5N i was there - Fried rice, potato, porridge, sausage, ham. Variety is limited, so to each his own taste & preference. Will return again next time if I were to return to Bangkok. Recommended!

Nothing like before
We have been here many time ! This time a lot of things change ..... Mini-bar empty- no toothbrush , low quality of shower and shampoo.....room are smelly, breakfast have so many Food counter but nothing special to eat.... .....

Good alrounder
I have stayed at the Narai many many times and the stay has been always very good. However I will say they have slipped a few notches in the breakfast department. Their range has declined in the past couple of years. Staff are first class and the rooms are spotless. Our friends had the evening buffet which I haven't as yet and they rated it 5 star. Sounds like a must on my next visit. Come on management, bring back the super fantastic breakfast that you were famous for a year or so ago.

Getting tired after 30 years
Upgraded room but not exactly impressed. Great breakfast but restaurant badly needs another repaint. Hotel is showing its age. Triple Two is a better option but unfortunately I booked too late.
