Very old hotel, single bed was sunken at the middle. Rooms are not sound proof when your neighbour closes the door or switch on the tap, can be heard clearly. Not recommended for light sleepers.

Complicated Stay
Near Train Station to the Airport, Large Room, Value for Money

I Spent 2 nights there. arrived from Chiang Mai (Don Mueang Local Airport) in the middle of the night.
and had a checking issue because name that attached in the voucher wasn't my name (before i didnt have any problem checking issue like that in another hotel all the world). they said i have to call agoda customer service to ask changeable name that attached in the voucher. its silly, because it was on saturday! after debating for a long time, they allowed me to checking in but they gave me another room because being used to another guest. they gave me compliment the upgraded one. but in the next day we have to move to exact booked room. very complicated because we still have to wait the room empty but you already have to move away from the upgraded room. so we have to leave the bagage at the concierge and take it again to the exact room which is ugly and dirty (20th floor), unfriendly staffs & no lift!
