I have stayed at the hotel on many occasions and find myself bemused at the lack of any English speaking on the front desk,which is just a basic requirement for a city hotel,they almost dismiss what you are trying to say or request,otherwise not bad for the price

Pretty good all round but the staff were often less than friendly and unhelpful. Price of room is cheap and good but that doesn't give the staff to be the way they are. They're not really interested in you unless there's money it.

Big hotel , small room but otherwise fabulous. Location superb for my needs (between airport and downtown) The staff wasfriendly. Sky ky train just opposite the hotel.All is great but have to pay wifi 150 thb per day.

This hotel has to be the best bargain in Bangkok. It's across the road from Ramkamhang train station to the airport. However the location for me is far from anything. Which means u must take a taxi whenever u leave the hotel. Another drawback: the internet costs 150 baht per day!
