2nd time for staying here

Even i book all 1 room suite but this time all of us only arrange to the smaller one. compare with last time they offer a bigger (1 living room and 1 dining room)... this is a bit disappoint for me.

Service Apartment in a good location

decent location for the price.
10min walk to chidlom bts station (and central chidlom)
weather was ok in dec-feb period. would not walk in june/july.
picked it as in-laws were staying that fraser place (just up the road)
decent room, but finishings lacking. also faced some maintenance issues :
- first room had luggage in it!! they were storing luggage for an earlier check in ... but gave us their room??
- the same room shower did not work - the switch btwn bath tub spout and shower head was broken. [so we had to change rooms]
- 2nd room we had was ok. but the air-con leaked a fair amount while we were out... was not a problem but just a bit werid to come back and find the floor under the a/c wet.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check the shower works!

It's ok location and had big room.

The swimming pool a bit small, but the room is big but not too clean. I think they didn't use vacuum cleaner everyday to clean the room.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location and that is where it stops. reception poor, rude and slow. room old, dated and full of cracks and dirty furniture. bed hard. room very noisy with a bird making noise all night long.
breakfast very poor, especially for the name of the restaurant, I expected fresh different breads and many more things but got a poor selection of everything. Orange juice is just tang, like a 3 star. no unsweetened yogurt.
The gym is very dated with 10 year old machines and a staff member that keeps interrupting your workout.

the hotel staffs were very helpful and we felt just like at home.you get everything in the room-with full equipped kitchen. the room was spacious and well maintained. breakfast was substantial.

It is so nice hotel. Soi langsuan is so calm and you can find massage easily. It is good for both business and vacation.
The room is so nice, too. even studio, it it large enough and comfortable.

The hotel is deliciously designed with massive rooms (i.e. kitchen, living room), lovely breakfast buffet, superior gym facility, laundry room, and super friendly staff. Great location and a mere 5-min walk to the skyrail. Highly recommended!!!

have stayed in natutaral ville before and providing price is right will always stay there. the accomodation is superb and staff extreemly attentive. my only critisism was that the business centre was not manned, so could not send documents. overall number 1 in my choice of where to stay.
Shopping Tip:
Ideally situated for 1st class shopping centres.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
walking distance to chidlom bts and to lumpini park. can pretty much get anywhere in the city from here.
