Good value for money, perfect localization near to Khao San and Rambutti, a lot of good restaurants and bars around, good transportation by speed boat and river. Really nice and modern hotel with nice swimming pool and good localization.

Staff good, breakfast good, room good with a balacony off it.Swiming pool on the roof which is great when you want to cool off. Very handy position and there is a 7/11 just under the Hotel.
With Khao San Rd a 5minute walk away what more could you want. Will definately stay here again.
Great position next to the river taxis and within a short distance to Khao San Road which is the backpackers district. Very vibrant at night and full of good restaurants.
Pool closed at 6pm. Way too early!
- Nightlife Tip : Wander up to KahoSan Road and take your camera with you at night. Lots of great restaurants with very cheap food and it is great to sit and watch the people go by.

If you take a tour from Kaosan, this is it. (Walking distance from Kaosan Rd.) I do not recommend this one to family with kids. The bar and crowd near the hotel is a bit too annoying.
Hotel Interior is modern and the setting is quite nice.
The bar in front of the hotel is open till 2 or 3am and their music and karaoke is really loud. We could here everything from our room and couldn't get a sleep till they closed...
Also, there was no hot water (shower) running during the night when we stayed. Too bad.
