Noise from street or boats on riverfrong Navalai is a very good hotel with a wonderful riverside location - you pay the price however; it is expensive espcially considering the abundance of cheap hotels in same Koh San road area. However it is still good value for money for those who can afford to pay. The hotel is right on the stop 13 of the riverboats so easy to access all main tourism location with short boattrips. Plenty of restaurants and bars around; excellent travel agency on the premises

Location, location, location Small pool, service not terribly friendly. Good choice for Bangkok- right on the river literally next to the ferry pier that takes you all over the city without dealing with traffic.
Rooms are well-designed but our 'river view" room looked out over a dry cleaning facility.

The location let's the hotel down and the website is rather deceiving in terms of the photos. As mentioned above, the hotels appearance in photos on the hotel website were slightly deceiving. My partner And I were quite disappointed with the hotel room after seeing the lovely looking photos on the website. Despite saying that, the staff were incredibly helpful and extremely accomodating. It is a shame that the location of the hotel doesn't do it much justice as it isn't so appealing.
