don't trust the photos
close to grand palace, nice view of river

Don't get a room by the street - it's very noisy. The room wasn't as nice as we thought it would be, going by the pictures but was ok. The bed was extremely hard. The area isn't nice at all. I wouldn't stay in this area again. We later stayed at the Siam Heritage for the same price and there's just no comparison. Stay there instead. At Siam it looks like someone cared and paid attention to every detail. Navalai is nothing special.

extremely good, loved seeing wat aruhn and emerald buddha temple, cool masks nearby on of the docks. Very close to khao san road and night life.
