Lovely hotel on the river
On river with direct access to river express, close to Khoasan Road, nice pool

Enjoyable stay in Bangkok - hotel is well positioned on river front with easy access to river express. Staff were helpful and friendly and assisted family group of 6 people to organise transport for day trips. Walking distance to numerous restuarants and bars and hotel resturant also worth eating at.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was really nice. We stayed in the river view room which I recommend due to the road being very busy. Pool on the roof is well worth a visit in the afternoon. We will be back!

Great place but avoid the city side rooms, the bar across the street does not stop the their live music until 1am. Cheers
Nightlife Tip:
Use the ally acrross the street, go right 20 steps and then left down the ally to put you on the path to Kho San.

My friend and I loved our room at the Navalai. It was clean, the bathtub was wonderful, and the location immediately off of the river ferry exit was perfect. It was within short walking distance of Khao San Road, without having to deal with any of the backpacker crowd and noise. All in all, we were very pleased.

When we just arrived at this mountain hotel,the first thing appeared in front of me was the hotel lobby,the ceiling is very high and everything is very simple but comfortable to people.After check in,we took the little cart to climb the mountain all the way up to our rooms.Inside of the room,it is super clean and the colors in there gives me fresh and warm feelings,the bed is soft and comfortable,TV channels are very multilingal,gotta many options to watch from different languages.The swimming pool down stairs is pretty cool,I spent sometimes down there every half an hour a day.Love it!!!

my wife and i have been to bankok many times before but never had stayed by the river so we decided for a change. this was a good choice because navalai was right next to a river taxi stop. getting there was easy from the airport and check-in was made simple by very friendly staff. the room was good with a small balcony (for the smokers if any!). it was well located with walking distance to koshan market via small streets containing many eating and massage places. we only had 2 nights there but would definately return probably for a longer stay. well worth the money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk straight across the main road and along the side steets towards the main market. Plenty of interesting things to see. Take a river taxi 15Bht for a cheap view along the river. Walk to the Royal Palace, which must not be missed.

We liked the Hotel. The room was a standard nice room with a nice street view with street noise by night. The location was perfect, close to the Palace and to the best Wats in town. Also not far from Chine Town neither from Kao San Road. The boat station is in the same hotel´s restaurant and we could use the boat which is cheap and useful
Travel tip:
If you want a quite place, is not your hotel. But if you are looking for good price and quality, is a good choice.

Right by pier 13 so easy to get around when you first arrive.

Very nice hotel alongside the river and near Kohsan Road but without all of the noise.Very clean,efficent but perhaps alittle pricey.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make the most of the river boats and transport network.BTS.Avoid tuk tuks they only want to take you to shops to get their commision and can get aggressive when you do not waqnt to buy.

we stayed there 2 nigths to visit bangkok. The place is ok for the price, but if you have a room street side is very noisy.
The breakfast is nice, especially if the morning is sunny.
