This hotel oversold and overmarketed its amenities, features and quality. It was a horrible place and I would not stay there again.

for indians the place is not at all suitable. Not at good place to stay . Had to wait for 1hour 20 mins at the airport for pick up.Had to even call thrice the hotel with my family stranded .The facilities for restaurant are very poor. I had an evening stay in this hotel but it was pathetic. There was also no morning breakfast as said in their website.

- Shopping Tip : TESCO is some 20 mins from here. thats the only thing good abt it.

Overall this is a nice hotel and with the return transfers included and the special price including breakfast ($26) you couldn't complain. However, if you were paying full price you might have a few issues such as the TV channels that didn't work as outlined in CONS. The breakfast is really basic and is basically a choice of 5 meals - all Asian options bar one. Again if you don't mind the Asian option then go for it. The western option is Ham/Tuna Sandwich which is not at all how it sounds!!! They do have a bit of a buffet where you can make toast with jam so that will save people who make a bad choice. The restaurant for dinner was cheap and delicious. Plus they gave me a free dessert. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were really attentive and honestly could not help enough.
The staff are great. Very nice and helpful and tried their best to make this a 3 star or so experience. The restaurant looks basic but the food is delicious. The rooms are quite nicely outfitted.
I was under the impression there was 24 hour room service, however, there was no hotel book in the room. The only two English channels I was interested in watching didn't work - Star World (sound was ok but really fuzzy picture) and CNN (perfect picture but no sound). I called them for help however they could not fix it or do anything to improve the situation. Tried to tune the TV myself but to no avail.
