worst hotel ever.i highly recommend no one to stay
the airconditioner and wifi

first of all the smell and the dog at reception.there was a broken light in bathroom and couldn't lock the door.staff was apologetic about the condition of the hotel.i cannot rate it because it was so bad.

stuff are friendly and helpful, most of rooms are anytime available so you can check in whenever you want. the reason is maybe location of this guesthouse. really complicated to find and stay far away from the BTS station. you have to ask local driver about the guesthouse. otherwise you cant find it. print out map is not so useful. or just keep the mobile number of the guesthouse and call it. price is normal around this district maybe. you might be able to find another guesthouse which is close by BTS station with same price.
