Novotel Siam features five restaurants to choose from. For breakfast choose either Chistera Café located poolside on floor four, La Brioche Deli Shop on the ground floor, or the Square on basement one. For lunch, try any of the above or Lok Wah Hin Chinese Restaurant which opens at 11.30am on the main floor. For dinner add Focazzia Italian Restaurant on basement one to your options which opens at 6.30pm. Novotel Siam features cuisines to suit every palate: Malaysian, Japanese, Western, European and Thai just to name a few.
Chistera Coffee Shop
Enjoy meals poolside or inside the air conditioned veranda of the Chistera Coffee Shop on the 4th floor. Thai, Malaysian, Japanese and European fare is offered at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open 6am-midnight.
Focazzia Italian Restaurant
The Focazzia Italian Restaurant is located on basement one, open for dinner nightly from 6pm-2am. Focazzia offers Italian and Thai dishes in a casual Mediterranean atmosphere. Italian fare is available in either set-menu or a la carte format and includes homemade pastas, 10 different oven-cooked pizzas, anti-pasti, salads, seafood specialties, and homemade gelato ice cream. By popular demand, the chefs have introduced a range of traditional Thai dishes that highlight the freshness and individuality of Thai cuisine that has become popular across the world.
La Brioche Delishop
Delight in mousses, quiches, cakes, cookies, pralines and freshly baked breads with a side of freshly brewed coffee, imported tea or fresh juice. La Brioche also offers a wide selection of sandwiches filled with fresh meats on fresh rolls, an assortment of salads, and international cheeses. Located on the ground floor. Open daily 7am-10pm.
Lok Wah Hin Chinese Restaurant
Open for lunch and dinner, 11.30am-2.30pm, 6..30-11pm. A team of authentic Chinese chefs prepare a range of traditional Shanghainese, Cantonese and Szechwan dishes in an elegant Oriental setting that includes five private dining rooms. Enjoy an all you can eat Dim Sum lunch, inclusive of a bowl of steaming wanton shark's fin soup.
La Brioche Bakery and Deli

Staff very professional and helpful.
Internet is free in room. Breakfast should be included in package. First time we stay in Novotel on siam sq though we have visited Bangkok quite a few times.The hotel is situated at walking distance to the main 1-shopping MBK for the medium buyers and SIAM Paragon for those looking for branded items 2-Transport sky train-Taxi-Tuk-Tuk.We will certainly stay at Novotel on our next stay to Bangkok.
Restaurant Tip : You have two Thai restaurants within the doorstep of the hotel.Please try the SIT-IN Thai restaurant for diner with a live band.

clean rooms, very friendly, helpful staff, close to ATM, exchanges, street shopping, Metri, subway (MRT) and upscale shopping and food courts. WiFi in your room. My wife and I stayed at the Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square for 3 nights. We found it to be clean, nicely appointed with friendly, helpful staff. Their dinning facilities were fantastic with a broad spectrum of food types. With free high speed WiFi in each room it made communicating home a breeze. I found ATM and money exchange machines just across the street. Within blocks of the hotel were many shopping, restaurant, and massage facilities. A real plus was the close proximity of Metro train, and subway (MRT) transportation facilities, as well as the hotel's limo fleet. All staff spoke some english. Very safe, comforting facility.
Restaurant Tip : Be sure to ask about the food court in the Paragon shopping center.

clean, middle of major malls, close to sky train station its not a good way to travel any where by taxi as you will stuck in traffic jam Excellent hotel service and furniture. with all ficilities guest would like to swiming pool, gym. Hotel location is perfect for shopers and people like to be in middle of the city but need to utilize sky train system for all of your journey or you will be stuck in traffic jam.
Price reasonable of such kind of hotel.
I like to soap and shampo type they provide it has good smell, waqter pressure in shower not what i really like but understandble ( to save water)
wireless internet free in your room.
Hotel Feature Tip : The only advice is to use sky train and try your best to avoid using taxies.
