Great palce to stay and value for Monet except that the traffic leading to this hotel is always congested. So it is rather a hassle to go places by taxi.

It’s my first visit to Bangkok with my sisters. My sister highly recommended this hotel as it is just 5 minutes walk to the walk to the Siam Paragon, MBK Shopping Plaza and many shop outlets along the walkway. The Sky Train is also just minutes walk away. It is a great location indeed. However, the check in took quite awhile and WIFI was not that good as we need to login frequently to access it. Nevertheless, we have an enjoyable stay at the hotel with clean and quite ambience and friendly staffs.

Fit for a four star hotel. Room was decent and clean. Everything was good until the last night. There was no new towels bath mat or cotton pads.. Called the reception requesting for them and it took them another few calls and one hour later to deliver. Then what's worse was that the bottled soda was opened. Our mini bar soda water was being replaced with some opened and used one. We called the reception once again and they had two managers to come and inspect the bottle. If that wasn't the last night I would have insist on refund and change another hotel. Who knows if they even ransack or use our personal stuff. That's scary!!!
