Great hotel but staff service need improvement

Hotel service is not what I use to expect. While waiting for taxi the staff ask where me and my hubby going then we thought he is going to get a taxi for us but unfortunately he just went in to the lobby . So disappointing!

The hotel is near to the town area(Siam). It's close to a lot of stations like national stadium(for cheaper sportswear), Asoke (the MRT interchange and the new shopping mall - Terminal 21). It's also near to 7-11, a place where you can buy a lot of things. In general, in the future, I'll stay in this hotel due to its convenience and its quality.
Shopping Tip:
Near to a lot of places,can walk to Mbk and platinum

Best Place to Stay for 'shopaholics'
Rooms are clean and spacious

The hotel is situated very close to several shopping centres with connected and covered walkways (skywalk). After all the shopping and walking, it was great to get back to a cool hotel room as the Aircon stays on after you have left the room.
Very good massage shops are available as you walk out of the hotel by the side door.
A very enjoyable stay indeed.

Only surprise was complicated Happy Hour. Why not just have straight price reduction for all drinks (40% is suggested) rather than complicated having to buy two drinks for each couple!! Two for the price of one would also be good for couples who do not necessarily want two drinks each. But service was good and the hotel did helpfully agree with us for this one-off.

good location is the only advantage,it is just opposite side of paragone.u can go to central world and big c on foot within 10 minutes.there are several 711 markets surrounding by.however, the facility of this hotel is very old. toilet is very small and the ventilation is also not so good.

Great location with good service

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Buffet was delicious.
Shopping mall and foods around hotel.
We will come back to this hotel for our next trip to Bangkok.
