Lovely hotel and service with a smile

This is a good hotel to stay, the location is great and easy access for shopping, food and massage. The hotel is clean and do remember to asked for twinsize bed or smoking rooms in advence or else you will not have it.

hotel is center of siam square next to bts and shopping centers. very well connected to city and a good place if you are visiting for a short time. ideal place for both famies and business visitors. however, traffic is a major concern and it takes 1.5hrs to airport in the evenings.

I liked the way of warm welcoming.. the rooms are very good, more than what I expected.
2 minutes from the Paragon shopping mall and Siam Station.
Next time I will stay in the same hotel.

great location, five minutes walk from siam paragon. 10 minutes walk from MBK.

Easy to join from the airport with airport Citylink + BTS. Staff was nice and friendly. Rooms are very clean and TV programs are really international (which is not so often the case in Thailand and in this Asian region in general). Breakfast and dinner-buffet are really fantastic. You even have cheese options ! White and red wine by glass are both very good and not too expensive. Even if the rooms are all over the world the standard rooms you probably very well know, without any regional surprise, this is definitely a nice and convenient place to stay in BKK.
Restaurant Tip:
Restaurants in the nearby big malls are without any interest.

Stayed here for 3 nights and the day we checked in we didn't have a good impression of the hotel as we were second in queue but it took about 15 minutes before it was our turn. The receptionist was clearly not in a good mood as well. However, as our stay continued, the service got better and better. From the bell boys to the elevator staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially the bells boys who did practically everything for us. They called cab, called tuktuk, gave directions, helped with luggages, safe kept our luggages when we checked out, gave us travel tips etc. We were pleasantly surprised.
The rooms were big and spacious and generally clean but the towel I was using was stained and the bed cloth had some stains as well. Maybe work harder on maintenance?
The plus point of this hotel is that it is superbly near the train station and you can practically walk to everywhere from here. Even to platinum shopping mall. Takes a while but it's convenient.
Swimming pool is also good!

The location is within walking distance to many shopping centers such as MBK, Siam Paragon/Discover/Centre and Central World (former world trade centre). It is also beside the Siam BTS which enhance its accessibility. At night, you can also walk along the streets surrounding the hotel to experience the night market. Hardrock Café is also within 5 minutes walk. There is a hawker street known as the Food Plus which serves cheap and good authentic Thai food. The receptionists were very prompt in doing the checking in/out for us. The rooms were in good condition, clean and spacious. All in all, the service is excellent.
