excellent location - opposite Siam paragon where you can get good quality clothes at 50-70% of Singapore price. street opposite hotel is filled with massage shops, great service, look for the one named LEK. Room service food tasted below expectations - if you are checking in late or will get hungry at night, buy in your supper instead. Overall, it was a good stay at Novotel Siam Square, with shopping zone a stone's throw away. The location is not sleezy or heavily congested. I did not opt for breakfast at hotel, chose to take dunkin donuts (opens at 6am) which is a few streets away, 5 mins walk and costs less than S$3 per person. At night, the pasar malam is strewn on the main road behind the hotel. But that does not inconvenience or compromise on the safety of the hotel guests because the circumference of the hotel is generally cleared and uncluttered. Will choose the hotel again when I next visit Bangkok.

Avery nice hotel with great service only stayed one night but did like the position so close to all the main big shopping complexes Could have offered breakfast into the price of the room no breakfast included Avery nice and clean hotel very central to all the shopping complexes with the skywalk just at the back of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and obliging and when we rang for room service it was very quick. therewas entertainment on the ground floor in the bar area which was very enjoyable to listen to whilst having a drink.The roooms were very clean and quite spacious and had an adjioning room where our friend was staying. Would stay again.

The location of course, near all the big shopping areas, MBK, Siam, Restaurants etc A little high price for the rooms Novotel is really good situated in bangkok, near MBK and Siam. really nice hotel, big lobby, nice staff that can speak english :) Great pool if you wanna swim. Good stay, wery comfy beds wich is uncommon in thailand. The only thing is that we had one little cochroach in our room the first night - but hey its bangkok!!! Haha...
Overall good stay and nice hotel!
Nightlife Tip : if you wanna go out, go to supperclub...free entrance for women, men pay entrance but drinks are included in the prise. If you want to eat great japanese food my favourite is FUJI! TRY IT...sushi is divine!

in the center of the city, arrounded by lots of shopping malls, convenient transportation there is some problem with our TV, alghouth it has been fixed well later by their technical, I think they could check everything well before the clients check in. It is located by the Siam square, one of the most importante downtown center. There is a stop of BTS,named Siam. There are a lots of shopping malles with famouse brands and small shops. There is a beautiful swimming pool at 4th floor and it is closed at late 10pm, we enjoyed it very much without the burning of the sun.

nice, clean, and comfortable but above all its location in the center of the shopping area. we stay at that hotel for the third time and we are not wrong. as an urban hotel it gives it all.
the rooms, the staff, the service and above all the location, the hotel is in the area of siam square, walking distance from the main shopping centers and in Bangkok that is quite important.

Close to MBK mall and city restaurants and shopping. Need DVD player in rooms. I have been going on Holidays in Bangkok and I always stay at Novotel Hotel. It is close and walking distance to all the biggest shopping centers and restaurants and city sights. I have booked in Agoda before and it is hassle free. I always had a good experience booking with Agoda including my trips to Dubai and other countries.My stay at the Novotel and booking with Agoda from previous holidays has always been great and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location, large lobby, clean room, great in-room dining menu Great location alot of shopping centes nearby, Clean room and bathroom, nice pool, nice in-room dining, free wireless internet, Only one thing is bad about this hotel its the reception staff, i waitied for about 15mints till i saw one of theme when i first checked-in and they gave me a non-smoking room while i booked for a smoking room, so i had to wait for another 30 mints so they can find me another room, also i had to wait for 15 mints when i was checking-out, and above the dont even smile or say sorry for the inconveniant.

In the heart of everything- shopping, eating, & sky train My wife and I travel to Bangkok every few months and everytime we stay at the Novotel At Siam Sq. It is close to anything you could think of. Close to the major shopping malls. Its two blocks from the Hard Rock Cafe. Being close to the Skytrain, you can get to all the major spots in Bangkok with ease. Even if this hotel wasn't close to anything, it would be still worth staying at. The entire staff is always friendly and quite helpful. The breakfast is always good.

Need DVD player in the rooms. Another great stay with Novotel in Siam Square in Bangkok. Great Hotel with friendly and helpful staff near city center close to all the shopping center and restaurants. It has a great nightclub downstairs. I have always stayed on Novotel Siam square for convenience and my stays has always been hassle free without any problems. Internet in the rooms are also an upgrade and great. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone and I hope to come back soon.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. The prices of the rooms now does not include breakfast. The charges per person for it is US$20 which is way too expensive. The rooms in Novotel Siam Bangkok have been renovated in the last few years. New carpets and the renovated lobby make it feel brand new and luxurious. The TVs in the rooms have also been upgraded to large flat LCD screens so watching movies is a much more pleasant experience. The housekeeping staff is also great in bringing us extra items when requested. Their response is always prompt and polite.

Of course, the very best feature is location. Excellent for shopping and central enough for most anything. Staff is always pleasant. Good room service. I like the fitness room and the sauna. The Novotel is one of my favorite hotel chains and I especially like this hotel for it location for shopping at MBK, Siam Center, Paragon and others. It has a very nice swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna. The spa has many options available. I have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Location, exceptional Helpfulness of staff, clean, everything one would expect from a Novetel. Hotel is not good if you are wanting to see the sights of Bangkok. If you are in Bangkok for shopping then this is the best hotel to stay at Hotel is Very close to All 3 Siam shopping centers and also MBK shopping centre.
hotel is also about a 50 Bhat taxi to another shopping centre that acts as a wholesale. and also about a 80 Bhat taxi to the Bazzar night markets which i would recommend to visit!!!The pool area was very nice and relaxing after a day of shopping. Everything about this hotel is what one would expect from the Novotel
Restaurant Tip : The MBK and Siam Discovery shopping centre have really good food courts. You get given a swipe card and you put money onto this card and then go around trying all the different food there is to offer. For example, put 300 bhat on the card, this will be enough for 2 people top eat like Pad thai, chicken satay, spring rolls and drink each. If you do not use all the money on the card you can get the remainder of the money refunded back to you on the same day only. This is a cheap way to eat and the standard of food is very clean and a lot cheaper then eating in the hotel

(c) flexible arrangement for late checkouts. The experience encountered at Novotel Siam Square is an memorable one as it was beyond my expectations. Its strategic location which allowed easy access to nearby shopping malls includes (1) 10mins walk to MBK, (2) 5mins walk to Siam Discovery, Siam Square, Siam Paragon, (3) 15mins walk to Central World (via overhead bridge) and (4) 20mins walk to Chit Lom BTS station.
What was most remarkable were the services received from the staff. The friendly reception allowed flexible arrangement for late checkouts until 3pm. When our family need to extend till 5pm, we were given discounted top-up price of 500BAHT. Do not know the way or cannot communicate with the taxi drivers? Simply approach the bell crew and they will be most willing to assist you with a friendly smile. I'll definitely go back Novotel Siam Square if I'm going back to Bangkok in the near future.

Had noisey very active lady in next room, dont know what she was doing but soundproofing would be good, or invite to join in. nice clean hotel good to get out of the bankok madness. Special thanks to check in staff who helped me through a difficult patch and sorted some bookings for me. Also loved evening buffet meal, one of the best selections I have seen. Did not visit night club but have heard this is very good. great place to go to avoid being hassled by local 'ladies'...
