The hotel is centrally located. Major shopping mall : Siam Paragon and the surrounding is within walking distance. MBK is also nearby. if you're looking for a hotel that is near the shopping malls then choose this hotel.

Shop till you drop

This hotel was centrally located with BTS just around the corner.Just step outside and you can shop and eat till you drop.Siam Paragon and Siam Center is just a few mins walk.The only setback is the traffic jam in that area.Walk or take the BTS if possible to avoid.Overall it is a good hotel.

It's was great and the customer service was friendly to answer all our queries. One thing to note is the metered taxi at the international airport.... I was told by the taxi metered counter lady that 700 bahts to get to our Novotel Bangkok. Hotel. Where I found out that if metered taxi will only cost less than 350 bahts. Beware of this!

Food from room service was very bad, as the bread from the sandwich which I ordered was very hard.
This hotel is very good due to the location. However, shower facilities have to be improved by having the option of a shower hose in every room.
