Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square Hotel, Bangkok

Even though it is relatively close to several shopping malls, the nearest mall is still about 500 meters away (they are actually further then they appear on the city maps). If you want to do a lot of shopping or go see movies at night, you may still need to take a taxi back to the hotel.

Novotel Siam Square is a good choice if you want to shop around Bangkok area. It's very convenient and within 5 mins walk can reach BTS (Siam station). Siam Paragon, MBK, Central World, Siam Discovery and under water world are all around the hotel. Few massage house just opposite the hotel. The one called "Lek Foot Massage" is not bad, good service and cheap. Only THB250 per hour for thai masaage and the lady boss can speak good mandarin. Have a night market around the hotel, around THB100 to THB200, very cheap.

When my wife and I were making our plans for a holiday in Bangkok, we were highly recommended by our sister-in-law to stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square Hotel. Now we know the reason why. This hotel is very centrally located in downtown shopping-crazy Siam Square, Bangkok. The proximity to the major mega shopping malls such as Siam Paragon and MBK was simply a delight. The MRT Siam station is just a stone throw away from this hotel. If we were suffering from extreme tiredness after a full day of shopping spree, there are so many massage shops adjacent to this hotel to wind down our day in a perfect manner. My wife and I tried the foot reflexology and shoulder/back massage package and we think it is value-for-money. We like the dining convenience because there are many small restaurants and eating outlets on the side streets around the hotel. Of course there are even more options to choose for meals if you pop over to the megamall of Siam Paragon. On the negative side, the roads around this hotel are always facing severe traffic jams. It took us more than 1 hour 20 minutes for our taxi to get to this hotel from the new international airport. In view of the bad traffic situation, we gave ourselves plenty of allowance when we wanted to depart from this hotel to the airport. Across this hotel, there is going to be a construction of the hotel extension and in the next few months, we believe there would be some noise to bear. In terms of price, this hotel is fairly expensive compared to some other hotels around other shopping districts such as the Silom. But we still think convenience and central location of Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square will always sell. We will be back in this hotel if we visit Bangkok again.

I really like the place, It is very nearby the Siam center & Paragon, I stayed here during valentine and it was so romantic to travel around Bangkok (I m Thai but not living in Thailand). I really like this place, hotel staff are so nice and very friendly. I spent 2-3 hours in the business center at first floor, hotel staff took care me very well. I will be back to stay here at 80 USD/night for sure,, It is so cheap compare to the quality & location. I didn't eat anything in the hotel since its very near to a good restaurant & malls, easy to travel around Bangkok by Sky train BTS.

Perfect hotel if you want to do some shopping and dining.So far no noise & disturbance from the construction across the street. Request a higher floor 14flr+ to get a decent view of the area. Appreciate the front door staff who insisted taxi drivers to flag their meters on. Concierge staff very helpful.

also during night time in the main entrance there is a small singer group, composed from one guy and 2 filippines lady that have WONDERFULL voice..Next time I,ll bring back with me also few CD-movie because I,m sure in that plasma television you feel to be in movie area like Cinemax.

We came to Bangkok for shopping, that’s the reason we chose this hotel. One can easily walk back to the hotel for a break after shopping. There are many very good restaurants in the shopping centre and the China Town is close by. The hotel’s interior is a little old, but it’s not a problem.

Room is set as good condition and staff`s service is good and friendly and keep smile at all time. If hotel can provide thai dinning is much excellent instead of Chinese restaurant.

The hotel is centrally located. Near to malls, shopping, restaurants. The location is good, near to the sky station around 5 minutes walk. The service is good, the staff courteous. The food is good. The rooms are excellent.Agoda has provided excellent price support when booked through them.

We have stay in this hotel a few times already, the location of this hotel is great, a lot of major shopping areas are within walking distant and it is also very near to the BTS station. The room is clean and the hotel is maintaining well. It is value for money but the problem with the hotel are the foods, the quality of the foods remain substandard but the good thing is that there are many good restaurants surrounding the hotel where you can find good foods and value for money. Hotel staffs in general are nice.

this is the best hotel, near to siam paragon, MBK, Central World, for shoppers is the best to stay at this hotel, u can go to Hard Rock Cafe Bangkok, very close, just walk only few seconds, the room is also clean, comfort and have a good view. The Hotel is also have wifi n free, so u can always communicate by chatting, facebook,etc with your colleagues or friends and family from your country, also recommended for business traveller.
