Superb location that comes with free shuttle
Hotel is literally 3 min from airport by the free shuttle

we were in bangkok for one night only for transit so we chose novotel suvarnabhumi airport hotel for its proximity from the airport. the hotel has a staff counter at the airport exit and from there you will be directed to the shuttle-van stop. the shuttle journey takes only about 3 mins, it is a fantastic time saver especially for travellers without much time in bangkok.
we were also very impressed with the speed of the hotel service even at 6am in the morning! there is simply no complaint!

Big hotel, slow service and had room issues

This was booked on the day of travel due to last minute flight changes. The booking was a smooth process however we were every tired and wanted a good night's rest after all that we faced in the day traveling. Its a long walk to the rooms and although the corridors were wide, it took forever to get to the room.

The staff were very helpful dealing with delayed travel over the New Year holiday. They accepted a new last-minute reservation without financial penalty and helped with travel plans to Koh Samui when we missed our original flights. Five stars!

Great hotel for overnight stay. Arrived in BKK and went to Exit 4 where the free suttle bus was waiting. Check-in was quick and the staff is very frendly. The check-in clerk know I had stayed there before and thanked me for returning. Enjoyed a beer in the lounge to relax after the flight and then after a good nights sleep had an excellent breakfast. When I checked out a little later, the shuttle was again waiting to take me back to the airport for my connecting flight.

when we need a place to overnight near the airport the novotel is our first choice. the rooms are lovely, the staff are friendly, and we get a great night's sleep. the airport shuttle service is a real plus!

The best place to stay if you are passing through Bangkok and don't have a few days to spend in the city.

Very Convenient Hotel
Close to Savarnabhumi Airport. Excellent service for pickup and return to airport.

I have stayed in this hotel on several trips to Thailand. It is a very convenient base for transferring from late arriving international flights to domestic flights to locations throughout Thailand. The service is good and efficient. I have not had the chance to enjoy the breakfast included with the room nor dinner after arrival.

stayed here for a 12 hour stop over between flights and it suited it's purpose perfectly. check in was quick and staff were friendly. rooms were modern, well maintained and had everything you would need. room service arrived quick and was very tasty. shuttle bus took you to and from the airport in 5mins.
