Landed on our feet

Chose the hotel for an overnight stop on our return journey from Krabi to London via Bangkok.
Hotel is within the airport boundaries and only 3 mins from the terminals by frequently-running shuttle bus.
The hotel is new, spacious and well designed and the rooms match this. The only disappointment was that the room TV did not work but for a one night stop-over this was not a major problem.
The restaurant was very comfortable and offered a wide range of food choices available 24 hours a day.The buffet breakfast at 700Baht ++ seemed a little OTT.
A very good place to stop if you don't want to go into Bangkok for just one night with all the travel hassle that may entail.
I feel we truly landed on our feet...

transit in BKK for 12 hours

When I made my reservation I requested for connecting rooms. It appears requests are not considered at all because when I checked in, they were not aware of my request. When I mentioned the request, they still did not see the request until I showed them on their copy of my reservation. The best they could do was to get 2 rooms with a hallway between them. I do understand that connecting rooms are only on request; but it felt as if they did not even consider it at all. In the morning the van transfer was efficient.

Used this hotel often its perfect for a transit stop and very fiendly staff, nice pool, if you use it for what its intended as an 'airport hotel' then its perfect...if you want to go downtown then remember its about an hour in a taxi.

Easy Location

Hotel was in a great location. We flew in from Krabi at night and had an early morning flight home from Bangkok. Shuttles run every 15 minutes to the airport, so that was much easier than staying in the city. The only bad thing was we had a very early flight, and only had a couple of food choices in the buffet that early in the morning, so we didn't get much to eat before we left.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past several years and have recommended it to friends and to my clients - I take tours to Bhutan. I am seriously considering finding another location as the service - outside of the restaurant - is very poor. I was so dissatisfied with my room placement during my last visit and the fact that they put me in a smoking room because they could not find anything else when I specifically asked for non-smoking several times over. It took several hours and many phone calls before I was placed in an appropriate room. Non-smoking rooms are very important to people who do not smoke as it becomes impossible for us to sleep in a smoking room.

It took an unreasonable amount of time for us to check into the hotel. There were several people trying to check into non-smoking rooms. They all stated that they had reserved these, but there didn't seem to be enough available. When we finally checked in and got to our room, our luggage arrived and they began to deliver it- the only problem- it wasn't our luggage. It took a long time for them to locate and deliver out luggage. We then went to dinner and waited a long time to order and a long time for our food and a long time for our bill. The hotel is close to the airport. I can't think of any other reason to stay there.

This was perfect for us for an early morning connection to Vietnam. Our son had stayed here last year and recommended this hotel after our flight was changed to a 7.00am departure. Check in and checkout was quick and efficient.Using our Agoda rewards we were able to book a king deluxe for a good price.The hotel is very quiet and we managed a good nights sleep.

Quick Airport Stop Over

We arrived around 8pm and found the shuttle bus with no problems, quick fast and close location of this great stop over hotel. The check in was also hassle free. As we were travelling with our 13 year old son, we requested an additional bed, this was organised straight away, free of charge. The rooms are beautifully decked out with a good size bathroom. Rooms are very quiet, no noise what so ever from the nearby airport. Check out also very quick and shuttle service excellent. Would definitely stay here again for a quick stop over hotel!
