Not the first time i have stayed at this hotel and definateley wont be the last. The hotel was fully booked out but the staff made you feel like you where the only person there nothing was too much trouble, from ironing clothes to loading my pre-paid telephone because i couldnt read the thai voucher.Everything was done without a fuss and a smile
Travel tip:
I this is the ideal place if you need somewhere clean and close to airport after a long flight.Although it is beside the airport there is no noise so you are able to get a good sleep on very comfortable beds and can also get a massage or have a swim if you feel like it

Beautiful lobby with good bar and restaurant service. Large, beautiful pool. Excellent fitness center with Cybex weight machine circuit and cardio machines.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You can arrive any time, and the room is yours for 24 hours!

Convenience and efficient staff

The shuttle bus pickup was hassle free though it seemed like a 5 minute drive to get 150 metres. The check-in was fast and information provided was clear and covered everything I needed to know.
The restaurant I chose had the option of a-la-carte or buffet and the food was quite good. The facilities were excellent with a well-equipped gym and beautifully landscaped pool. There were staff members around every corner which I found a little oppressive at times.
I only had 2 small criticisms, the hotel charges for Wi-Fi while it is generally provided free now, and there was a small amount of mould in the corner of the shower. Despite this I would stay there again when transiting through Bangkok.

The Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel is just a short free shuttle bus drive from the entrance to the airport. I used it as a single night stop as I arrived at Bangkok airport at night and had a morning flight to Cambodia early next day.
The hotel was very efficiently run and quite luxurious. Because of this it was rather expensive, however it was worth the extra expense because it was ideally situated to the airport.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Being so close to the airport means no panic in the morning when you have to catch an ongoing flight.

hotel check-in was unpleasant. had to change rooms. went to foyer bar and had a coffee/hot chocolate which was not hot. coffee shop had closed sadly probably because of mess around at reception taking so long.find the beds a little too firm.
Hotel Feature Tip:
For anyone who has a short stay prior to flying back out, this hotel is so convenient. Great the hotel had a shuttle bus running backwards and forwards. Made life easy. Didn't get to sample the food only because stay was so short.

before boarding the shuttle bus at the airport we were greeted by an hotel representative who confirmed our booking and assisted us onto the bus. the check in was quick and the room was great but typical of thai hotels very dark. being an airport hotel, it was noisy as travellers checked in and out all night long. breakfast was excellent and the service was great. the pool was very nice and well maintained. the shuttle bus ran between the airport every 10 minutes. this hotel runs like a well greased machine getting guest to and from the airport.

the hotel is very nearby the new bangkok airport, recently also easy to access by a short walk of maximum 10 minutes from the airport straight to the hotel lobby, also possible to do with luggage the hotel itself is modern, and once you are in you dont have the feeling of being so close to the airport, not noisy, also in the rooms its quiet all convenience to take a good rest, have good lunch or dinner, and then just take a walk back to your checkin room convenience is fine, internet reliability needs some improvement

I had an overnight layover in Bangkok and stayed here for it. I didn't have a chance to eat at the hotel, but was impressed by the beutiful layout and decor, and the nice, spacious rooms. I would look forward to booking a longer stay in the future.

very convinient to access downtown area by taking express train which link airport to center of bangkok
don't need to worry about late for your flight no matter what departure time it is;
clean room with excited swimming pool, very attractive for children
