Great hotel great location

The Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport is very close to the airport and has good size rooms. The staff were excellent, and the shuttle service to the airport was often and on time. Would definitely stay here again when in-transit. One of the nicest airport hotels we have been in.

We stayed here before we had the early bus from suvanaphum airport to trat ( koh Chang) the bed is wide enough for 1 adult & 1 child to share . So I had a twin bed that was totally fit for us 4 persons 2 parents& 2 elementary children. The breakfast was great full with options. Service is reach their 4 star standard. I'd like to stay for the next visit in Bangkok.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bus service to koh Chang just contact the counter.

location can't be beat. right next to the airport with a great fast train connection to central bangkok. food at the thai restaurant was decent though not exceptional. really expected something a bit better. service from employees was good all around. rooms are quite nice with everything you would expect from a 4 star property.
one other thing: despite being right next to an airport, plane noise was quite minimal which can sometimes be a problem so close to the airport. would stay again
Restaurant Tip:
Go some other place for Thai food: it's not particularly bad, just not that good.

Quick; fast and convenient - excellent when staying in Bangkok overnight before heading out to the islands.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check in staff seemed to advise every customer that there was no more king sized rooms available despite this being what was booked - yet always found one when told that this was not acceptable.

let me start by saying, i travel for pleasure and business extensively both international and domestic. i selected the novotel because of the location and time of my flight. i was pleasantly surprised to find it was more than a typical airport hotel (and also much better than other novotel hotels). the rooms were roomy, beds comfortable, and the bathroom well appointed. it was very clean and fresh. the restaurant hours of operation made it possible for me to have full breakfast and dinner without having to order room service. the shuttle and check in service was very good. i would highly recommend the hotel to travelers flying out of bangkok before noon.

My husband arrived before me to check in. He and I have different last names and the hotel reservation was made under my last name. The hotel staff never asked my husband for a confirmation code and simply let him into a room that was not under his last name. Although this worked out for us, I think it should be hotel policy to ask for the confirmation number when the last name differs from the last name on the reservation. Restaurant is overpriced and you can only buy the expensive breakfast buffet until later in the morning when a la carte is finally offered.

A good, easy hotel to stay at for one night between flights. I can't say that much but the room was nice and clean and the bathroom was big and luxurious. The cons would have to be the room service dinner, I ordered a green chicken curry and not only is it look not very appealing, the flavour wasn't that good either. And the tv had no movie channels.

We stayed in this hotel the night before flying out of Suvarnabhumi airport. The location is great, and the service was very prompt. It is connected to the airport through an underground tunnel. Also, the 24 hour check in is very convenient for late night international flights.
