EXCELLENT VALUE AND SUPURB HOTEL.
LARGE SIZE ROOM . HELPFUL STAFF MEMBERS. LOVELY GARDENS TO WALK AND STRETCH LEGS.

STAFF MEMBER HAPPY TO HALF FILL MY WATER BOTTLE WITH FRESH MILK FOR MY TEA TO MAKE IN OUR ROOM.
ON WALKING AROUND FOUND ACCESS TO RAIL NETWORK. WE LOOKED AT THE WORK IN PROGRESS. SHOPPING AREAS TO COME EXCELLENT.
ONLY HICUP WAS DIFFICULTY FINDING WAY OUT OF AIRPORT. TO TRANSFER BUS TO HOTEL. TOOK US ABOUT AN HOUR. WOULD USE RAIL NETWORK NEXT TIME PERHAPS.We had no baggage to collect.

Very convenient for a stop over between airports and well run hotel. In the event we wanted to into Bangkok and a taxi was arranged for us very smartly by the hotel. We tired the sky train on return which we would definitely not recommend. The stations are not linked to BST, luggage handling very difficult, there are long waits between trains, took much longer than the taxi ride. One negative about the hotel was that we had to personally go to the business centre to get a code for internet access , the Front Desk and telephonic assistance was not available.

An ideal stop-over location between flights.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent although check-in was slow even with a pre-paid voucher. Staff were friendly but had limited understanding and use of English (including check-in desk staff).
The room was well appointed but worn looking. The carpet had stains and cigarette burns (it was a non-smoking room), the bed linen was worn and the bottom sheet had a tear in it.
Towels were very worn, there was no razor or body lotion. Some mould was on the shower shelf - otherwise the bathroom was very clean.
No breakfast option was available on-line.
I felt the cost was expensive for what was offered and should have included breakfast or light meal.
