Convenient airport location

if you need to be close to the airport, this is the closest hotel. most of the other airports are about 10 minutes away with a shuttle bus, this is only about 2 minutes away. although you can see the sign for it when you exit the airport, it is not walkable due to the many flyovers and roads on the way. it is best to go to gate 4 on the departures level where the complimentary shuttle bus leaves from.

we stayed there as we arrived bangkok in the midnight and will need to transit to koh samui the next morning. basically it is sweet and nice, no complain!

Lovely hotel and friendly service
Rooms are a good size and extremely comfortable. Staff very helpful.

i had only a quick overnight, but found the rooms spacious and well appointed. staff were friendly and helpful. although the bellmen and shuttle driver a little aggressive in waiting for their tip.

Convinient hotel - exellent food
Best location when travel via Bangkok

it was the best place to relax after the long flight. the quality of the food in the hotel was exellent. staff is friendly. we stay on executive floor and enjoy all the prevelegies (provate check-in and check-our, complimentary breakfast etc). sweeming pool is nice but the water in it was quite cold. rooms are nice but a bit old. internet is free.

On arrival you have to go to the gate 4 for free transfer to the hotel

Close to the airport, nice clean rooms good service. fast and easy check in and check out, good food.No problem with transfer buses they come by every 2 mins or so. Friendly staff

Convenient and rather impersonal
Only hotel that close to the airport

big rooms, i got one on the courtyard, which i suppose is best. breakfast disappointing taste-wise. can't quite see why the path from airport is not better signposted and you have to take the shuttle when the hotel is that close.

Great Night's Sleep - Perfect for Travelers
Close to airport, quiet, great staff, good food, comfortable, easy shuttle to/from airport

My wife and I stayed at the Bangkok Airport Novotel on our way from Hong Kong to Cambodia for Christmas. It was the perfect place to spend the night, we had an early flight the next morning and were able to get there on time without hassle.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Breakfast buffet is not to be missed before an early airport morning!

Excellent service in a great hotel

as far as i am aware this is the only hotel in the airport vacinity; for that i expected the rates to be slightly higher than normal. i do however think that a stay at this hotel warrants any extra cost. my stay was at the end of a nine week work trip and it saved me having to travel two hours early on the morning of my departure. instead i enjoyed personal check-in and an executive room which included cocktails in the evening and breakfast in one of two restaurants in the morning.
there is a good choice of places to eat and drink all with there own atmosphere. complimentry ride to the airport and porter service rounded the stay nicely.
