room is very clean and comfortable because it is big and spacious. Service is very prompt and their staff are very polite. We logged into the internet with 2 laptops but was charge twice the amount even though my friend used for less than 20 mins. We told the counter staff we didn't know about this rule as other hotels charged us per 24 usage instead of number of laptops connected during check out and she was kind enough to waive off the charges. Was really happy with the way they treat their customers.
Very little amenities. Their cafe closes quite early so if you are craving for coffee and pastries, you might have to walk to the nearby petrol kiosk for it. There are no shopping centres around so do all your shoppings before going back to the hotel. It is quite boring there after 9pm.
Overall a good hotel for the price we pay. Everythings is clean and nice. I would stay there again if I am there on a business trip but definitely not if I am there for holiday because there is nothing there after 8 or 9pm.
Shopping Tip : do all your shoppings before going back to hotel. There is nothing to buy nor eat around the hotel.

Full Set of services and facilities
This is a good hotel with a full set of amenities that you would expect that comes with the Name. Novotel is expensive but is a full service hotel. If this is what you are looking for and price is not a concern than this is the hotel for you.

Great Minibar, Great restaurants, Great work out facilities
Great prices, Great hidden costs, Small room, OLD, Expensive internet not included.
This is a typical Novatel (maybe 20 years ago anyway). There are many great amenities but everything comes with a price. Walking rate at this hotel is like pricy but I do not see any reason why anyone would pay this amount for this tiny room. Internet access is typically included with many of the hotels now a days but here, you will pay 700 Baht for 24 hours for a connection that is not even half of what you can get at 700 Baht per month.
