Overall, Novotel Hotel Bangna is good, the room was clean and comfortable, nice bell service. I dislike the reception in the morning because she was a bit rude for us maybe she thought we were still young but I really hated her action. I think the hotel should train better in this area.

Good hotel, clean with reasonable price

I do not like the hotel service especially the customer service in the morning was a bit impolite but the person at night was very nice and kind. If not I would complain more.

Only stayed here overnight after arriving late at night from Sydney & needed to be back at the airport first thing in the morning - convenience only, but would not recommend for an enjoyable stay. Maybe my expectations were too high! If you want to see Bangkok, this is not the place to stay.

If you have a little bit of extra time, but not enough to go into Bangkok, this is a nice place to stay. About 20-30 minutes from the airport, but there is plenty around the hotel to do. Fresh fruit, chocolates and drinks provided upon arrival. Good value for money.

Reception of Novotel Bangna in Bangkok is so kind and warm. Surely can feel the smile of Thailand during staying.

This hotel is so clear and calm. That is why we can feel so comfortable like at home.

Only trouble is so far to the center of Bangkok but normally the taxi driver do not cheat the fare like some other countries. But whenever I ask for the taxi, the bell desk always try to push me to use the hotel taxi. This was bothering.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is good location for early morning jogging.

Overall, Novetel Bangna Bangkok Hotel‏ is a nice hotel, nice room and good serivce, however, its transportation is not convenient, 30 minutes to airport and there is no Metro nor Skytain nearby. Far away from downtown, and there are few restaurants.

Good for a couple of nights. Better for businessmen rather than families with young children. Has a couple of shopping centers near by with all facilities. Quite near the airport. Not scenic at all, if that's what you like. Facilities in rooms are average, looks quite old, maybe needs a revamp. Quite expensive, not really worth the cost.

Has good shopping centers 10 minutes by taxi - Seacon Square.
